I took my partner's car for a service they charged £165 which included screen wash it didn't need it included a pollen filter they didn't change oil filter and oil and never changed the oil only the filter and to top it off tried telling me it needed new brakes and discs because they only had 1mm of life which after I checked was not true either avion at all costs

Extremely disappointed in the service received by this dealership. On viewing the vehicle I noticed the MOT expired the following month and asked if the car would be supplied with a new MOT which was agreed by the salesperson (DF). I was told they would need a few days to sort this which I understood and agreed and paid the deposit. On collecting the car 5 days later I was told the car passed MOT and the free health check didn’t show up any other issues. I was told no paperwork for MOT was supplied as it’s all online now. Out of curiosity I checked online around a week later to find that the MOT had in fact not been done and I had been lied to. I emailed and called salesman multiple times and was ignored, even though he’d be in regular contact until after I’d paid in full for the car. Then I decided to call the sales manager and was told he’s on a call and would get back to me, strangely enough I never got a call. Good job I have the initial phone calls recorded as I’ve now opened up a case with trading standards, such a shame over a measly £40 MOT but lying in order to make a sale is always going to leave in a negative review.

Having bought a previous car from PW Millar I chose to use them again living locally in Cardiff they were very accommodating considering COVID a restrictions. They are very competitive in price not pushy and vert helpful. Being a woman buying in my own that’s why I chose them I felt at ease and not pressured. Excellent service highly recommend

I recently visited PW Miller with the intention of buying a used Ford Kuga. There were two salespersons and one was busy. The free salesperson really didn’t seem to want to sell anything. I am not sure why but he wasn’t engaging and even seemed like he couldn’t really be bothered. I suggested I might PX my car but wasn’t sure as I might just pay cash. At that point he had called a colleague over like they normally do to pick faults in my car. The value offered for my car in PX was poor. This in itself was fine as I said I didn’t need to PX it and he suggested I took a previous honest valuation that I had for the car. The car I was looking at I might have bought, it too had faults including a nasty mark on the Instrument panel. However due to his nature I walked away. A better sales person might have sold the car. I have been to several garages recently and never met such a surely so and so. If you visit this garage I hope you get better service.

Thank you for your review, which is not alone in expressing indifference, rudeness and in some cases practice I would not expect from independent traders, let alone a main dealer. It’s very interesting that every bad report seems immediately to be followed by an absolutely glowing one; hmm. Your review and those of others have saved me from even contacting them about a vehicle; who knows what it is actually like.
Because of our distance from the dealer we purchased the car before we had physically seen it. The car looked great on the website. We were very happy to see the car was even better than expected when we got it. Great service too.
Bought a fiesta from what I hoped was a local honest ford main dealer. When I bought the car we were still in monsoon season. Asked if the car had any damage repairs, assured it was a honest local car. How wrong I was, the car had been repaired and the cowboys even left overspray on the shocks and springs. Also brakes badly corroded and couldn’t open the bonnet the catch was badly corroded, not even a bit of grease after service and inspection! Do not respond to calls or emails. They are not the honest local dealers I hoped for. Would suggest You look elsewhere. Forecourt prices for damaged car repairs

They are crooked to the core, they use the Ford brand to hide behind, they are liars and cheats do not waste your money here they are grade A smokers.
