Drive past this dealership as fast as you can, unless you want to deal with a company with no integrity or morals, they will lie to you and mess you around with false promises the car I bought isn’t fit for purpose. The issues have not been fixed the car was filthy, the vehicle was not value for money. I would not recommend PW Millar Ford to anyone.

Sales executive Nadeem hadn't been pushy with sale, but most valuable describing the Fords Tourneo Connect, its dashboard lay-out, somewhat Pilots Cabin and yes, being a Pilot would help ! I' m most delighted buying the Grand Tourneo Connect, fair price and part exchange. Departed Ecstatic purchaser. Happily recommend this Dealership giving five stars too ! One last point, had only the one key, second key later collected at Dealership as pledge.

PW Millar Ford are a disgrace, don’t waste your time here, I arranged to have a look at a fiesta it was not as described on the website and phone, I wasted over an hour to get to the dealership to find the car was in awful condition, they must photoshop the pictures the sales manager shrugged his shoulders at my dismay and said you won’t get better. Unbelievable.

Purchased a 3 year old Ford Fiesta from PW Millar Ford on 16.11.19. The purchase process was straight-forward and the car was prepared to the highest standard and was priced low. The vehicle was in excellent condition and the garage had prepared it for collection extremely well. The sales staff were extremely helpful. I seen the car i wanted and i contacted Elliston through the PW Millar website, the website is easy to use and has very good pictures, that good that i bought the car on the spot, the finance was straight forward and easy to do. i was assigned to Derek who has been excellent in preparing my car and calling me daily with updates, i have been driving 28 years and bought many vehicles from dealers such as Ford and BMW, i have never had such a good service from a dealer. i cannot speak highly enough of them, they have been brilliant and typical family values which shines through how they run their business that they above all put the customer first.

I visited the service workshop hoping to receive some advice regarding the possible damage to my car following a minor road traffic accident. Not only did Gareth (workshop manager) give the car a thorough inspection, but he also arranged fo the damaged body part to be ordered. Cars are always thoroughly checked, serviced and if required, MOTd. Car was pristine on the pick up day. No heavy sales pitching.
