I would not recommend PW Millar Ford to anyone they sell cars that have been involved in accidents called them to tell them did not car just gave reply its hpi clear. Even though the car is 2 different colours and paint over spray over the plastics

I used PW MILLAR FOR THE LAST 12 years this is-my 3rd purchase and I’ve had no problems you can have confidence using this dealer.
Bought a new car off Rav at PW Millar. Couldn’t do enough for me. Kept in touch at every stage and very pleasant guy!! Very happy

Purchased a used Honda CRV from PW Millar. Following a test drive I decided to purchase. I knew the car had some issues - only one key , continual tyre pressure warning lamp on during test drive , Some minor dink’s and broken rear passenger trim clips . I agreed to buy on the condition that I received a price reduction to replace the key and the issues were fixed. I waited @ two weeks to have the issues fixed and picked the car up having travelled from England to Wales to do so. 30 mins from dealership the tyre pressure lamp came on and stayed on and on better inspection at home the trim clips were still broken. Dealership when pushed responded to my complaint denying knowledge of tyre pressure warning light issue and any request to fix the trim. An offer to return the car to inspect the trim was not taken up because of the distance between myself and the dealer + the none to friendly response to my complaint . Would not recommend .

5 Star - We entered the dealership and advised exactly what we were looking for, no hard sell or steering us to something different - we were given a list of vehicles and a set of key for each to view in more detail - test drove the shortlisted 2 and made a decision - 5 days later collected the car all paperwork / service etc completed and deal finalised in under 30 mins - A1 service

Ist class service when I went to PW Millar Ford with a problem with my Ford. I was dealt with in a very friendly and professional way, by very pleasant approachable staff with a good sense of humour, They quickly discovered and sorted the problem , causing me minimum inconvenience, and at a reasonable cost. It was a pleasure to deal with them. In case any of PW MIllar's service team read this...... You are really that good !

An excellent service from start to finish , not pushy and very approachable and customer friendly , I dealt with Derek who was great and even helped tax the car online when i collected it and assisted in cherished number plate transfer. Would recommend PW Millar no problem
Great friendly service, Mike (sales) was very helpful from start to finish. The car came with a new MOT full service and warranty. Car was immaculate when I picked it up fully recommend if you are looking to purchase a car. Not forgetting the service/after sales dept who have been very helpful and friendly.
