We purchased a fiesta from PW Millar today. We cannot fault the service we received. Very professional and welcoming, no pushy sales, just honest information. They also don’t have any hidden fees like admin fees! They also provided me a great car service and MOT for my new car. Would highly recommended them. Thank you
everything went so smoothly from being looked after at showroom (free tea/coffee/hot choc) to driving away in a new car! sales staff (especially Nadeem) were lovely and very helpful (Elliston) also took so much time explaining everything about the new car! would highly recommend using P W Millar for your next new car!

I purchased a used Ford car from this dealership and have kept all the documents that were supplied at the time. I need to have a new battery fitted and require the code to reset the radio. I did not have the radio code supplied with the documents and they insist that it is always supplied and require £20 fee to supply. I would have had no requirement for the code previously until now to replace the battery. Very disappointed that they don’t believe me and prepared to lose any future business from me.
Drove from Bristol and were glad we did , Used car buying made easy and hassle free. Friendly , helpful informative and accommodating , would recommend to friends.

what can I say. Yet again the guys at PW Millar prove to be totally 125% awesome. I had the pleasure of having an issue with my car sorted out in less than 3 hours of being with them what I thought was a problem Gareth the charming service manager and Jeff the magnificent master technician sorted out with no problem at all. Jeff even recopied music onto my Usb pen for me PW Millar as a dealership are what Roger Federer is to tennis. one runs out of fabulous things to say. they're beyond helpful polite charming courteous and above all true geniuses at work Its a delight to attend this dealership. my car is a Mercedes - do I receive better service here or with a Mercedes dealer. Oooh easy answer PW MILLAR EVERY TIME. Scores out of 10 Well I give 12. I thought the jewel in the crown was Sales Manager Keith however it seems PW Millar have a wealth of jewels Gareth and Jeff to make but two. one very happy lady driving back to Carmarthen. Thank you so much guys....can I also say anyone who has a Merc please please use PW Millar ...more polite and helpful than mercedes dealers and these guys actually sort out your problems rather than offer excuses and big bills!!!!! Awesome guys Thank you.

We had a 3 hour drive to reach P.W.Millar ltd, it was well worth the journey. We did the deal with Derek Farr and it couldn't have been easier. After viewing the car and excepting the the trade in price for our's we just sat back whilst Derek did all the paper work and we had a coffee. Will certainly recommend this garage. Really good value for money.
