I picked up my car today and could not be more pleased with the service. I knew exactly what car I wanted having test driven the make/model near where I live, in Somerset. It was then simply a case of checking the market for the exact car I wanted to buy - that car was at P W Millar in Barry. Because of the distances involved the deal was done over the phone. Keith helped me throughout and was very flexible as it was not until last minute that I decided whether or not to part exchange my existing car. When collecting my car today I was greeted by a warm welcome from Keith and nothing was too much trouble for him; his priority was clearly to make sure I was happy with everything. I had a lovely drive back to Somerset (despite the rush hour traffic and rain) and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Keith & P W Millar.

No complaints at all My new C Class Coupe is great. On collection the car was lovely and clean and in awesome condition. Richard was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend P W Millar, they were really helpful and friendly and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Great car and brilliant value for money.

I bought an Audi from here in January and it's been a nightmare. I have had the car clamped for not being taxed even though I paid the dealership to do it. They did pay for the clamp to be removed but they were supposed to give the car a free valley for my troubles and they have just kept fobbing me off so I have given up. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
