Amazing customer service, we traded in our old car and got a new one. Unfortunately there was an issue with the clutch and internal screen! We contacted the garage and they fitted a new clutch and paid for a replacement screen which wasn’t cheap but they covered the whole amount. Fantastic after service and would definitely recommend. 5*

The staff at Pain Car Sales are helpful here without being intrusive and it all felt friendly and laid back. They have a good selection of roughly 3 - 6 year old cars which all look in showroom condition. The sticker prices are not unreasonable, and noticeably less than manufacturer approved from dealers. We appreciated walking in off the street, asking about a car we were interested in and driving off in it for a test drive a few minutes later with only ourselves for company. The buying process was great. Thank you Andrew. There was no hassle or pressure to take on finance or extended warranties and they offered us a fair trade in price on our old car. In fact all their cars come with an RAC warranty, a decent length of MOT, and a free service. The service means you have to wait a few days to collect your vehicle but I don’t mind that. We generally felt well looked after and confident in the company. I can’t comment much on aftercare (touch wood), but I did contact them the following week to clarify some of the paperwork, and they were just as helpful as before they'd got my money. I would definitely use them again.

I have recently purchased a used Corsa from Pain Car Sales although I live some 500miles from them and having searched the internet something told me this was a honest reliable company and this certainly proved to be the case. When I called to enquire about the car and the possibility of getting it transported up to Scotland I spoke to Mr Adrian Hubbard his reply was no problem we can arrange transport In all my dealings with Adrian I've found him to be honest and always aware of the reputation of Pain Car Sales The car was delivered to me and proved to be all the ad said it was. Unfortunately on route to me the drivers door and rear quarter had been splashed with what looked like white line paint I contacted Adrian his reply was you get it removed and send me the bill no quibble which is very unusual for the car trade so yes a very honest and caring company And I would certainly recommend them 100%
