from the moment I went in Kiran was the most helpful and charming person you could ever wish to meet nothing was too much trouble he answered all my questions a great asset to Palmers he kept me up to date with the progress of my purchase of my L200 and always called back if he was unavailable thank you Kiran for all your help.
I have been buying my cars from palmers for about 5yrs now and l will say that they are excellent group of people especially Kiran Chavda. He is definitely an asset to the company.
I booked a service for my 8 month old L200 truck. I asked a simple request to look at a problem with the tailgate. It would take 2 minutes maximum to inspect it and describe the fault to Mitsubishi, but I was told they would charge me £100 to look at it for all of 2 minutes. I was then confronted with a barrage of emails with incorrect views of trading standards and customer rights. I will be talking to trading standards about their practises. I cancelled my booking and took my business elsewhere. I advise all others to do the same.

I went to Palmers Hemel Hempstead to upgrade my motability car and was welcomed by Kiran Chavda, what a pleasant and friendly chap he was, from the moment I sat down with Kiran he helped me with my options before making my mind up. Kiran has made this transition very easy and always kept me updated of the progress all the way through. Kiran is very passionate with his skills, knowledge and commitment highly recommend Palmers Motor Company and their staff.
Arrived at Palmers Motor Company for a pre-arranged testdrive - firstly grilled about how much our car is worth, what we were willing to spend etc, assured they could match all other deals. When they couldn't match or even get close, refused to let us test drive the car we had booked to drive despite "phoning his manager" - funny that a week ago we were told they could price match similar Alfa Romeo main dealer offers. What a total waste of time. Very short-sighted as I too am looking for a new car and was considering their 4x4 as a cash purchase. Both going to Audi now - superior cars and service.
We and my boyfriend received an amazing service by Kiran. He was so helpful and so knowledgeable. He answered to my all crazy questions. ( believe me I had loads of them;-))He was very nice and professional. Thank you ever so much for everything Kiran. Even weeks after,I bought a car he still found time just to check of everything was alright with my new car. This is just unbelievable, exceptional customer service. Xx

Went there to look at Jeep cars. I received a thoroughly comprehensive, competent and very friendly service. Thank you Grant Kenyon (my sales advisor at the dealers). By the time we finished I had decided to buy the car. I was allowed to take the car away to test drive for a whole afternoon before coming back and signing all the paper work. They also took my old car as part exchange - I got a very good value for it too! I have collected it this week - again I got a thorough hand over session by Grant. I have barely stopped driving it since - loving it.

My advice is to avoid going to Palmers Motor Company in Hemel Hempstead and defiantly do not purchase a vehicle from here. Staff are rude and provide incorrect information. They then avoid taking any responsibility. Have also called up multiple times to try and speak to the manager and the response is always the same. The manager is unavaliable, he's not in, they do not know his whereabouts. When pressing for information as to when the manager will be in I was rudely told he's in everyday just not today (something I have been told every single time I have called). In general absolutely disgraceful after care! The place needs to be closed down.
