Received a letter stating I had to book my car in for a safety recall. Spoke the the manager who informed me it was nothing to worry about ' it would just need a system update ' take the whole family down to be advised -as handing the keys over -that if it fails we would be without a car. Dropped the car off at 10:00 am and was told that the car would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. No phone call by 12:00pm so called them at 13:00 to be advised it was in the work shop. We walked back to the garage and the car had not moved or been looked at! Typically, the car failed the safety check and we had to call head office to confirm we would be without a car- surly, this is somethingthat the garage should do? Called at 13:15pm - 28 mins on the phone for somebody to pick up and then hang up, so go through the process again to have the same thing happen. Called for the 3rd at 16:28 time to actually speak to someone and raise a case reference number. No idea if we will get a courtesy car and have no replacement for the whole of Easter! This garage is incompetent, the manager did absolutely nothing to help. Diabolical service!!

Do not use this garage it was a Peugeot recall. Not a care in the word no help told me they stripped the car cam belt problem, I drop it of Monday i called up every day for a week because they left me with no car. I turn up a week later after they told me it HAD BEEN STRIPPED on the Tuesday. It had not been touched. Manger then come out told me to leave get of the forecourt when I was asking him questions he didn’t like it Just had his hands in pocket saying we don’t care take the car away don’t want to do the job and it goes on it’s a Peugeot recall. Do not used this garage the way the manager was and is you can tell no body cares there it’s just lies. Selling the car now when i do get it back never again.

Reserved a car with Damien Wietchy on Tuesday (who seemed like a nice guy) and his manager sold it in the interim before I could view it on Friday - even though I was given explicit reassurance the fee would cover the full period. I found out by getting a call at 9AM on Friday - two hours before we were supposed to view it. So a frustrating experience I'm afraid - have bought a car elsewhere.

We phoned last Monday and spoke to a wonderful, polite and very knowledgeable young man called Matt. We had seen a C5 Citroen Aircross on the website He not only answered all our questions but also took the time to send us a video of the car and going through all the specifications and gadgets that the car had to offer. We collected our car today and on actually meeting Matt was as delightful face to face as on the phone. Thank you Matt for all your help and you yourself sold us the car (we had looked at others but with your wonderful selling technique made our decision easy. Matt also said we will be receiving a follow up call to ensure we are happy with everything and advised us we can phone anytime if we do have any queries. Our beautiful new car is now proudly outside our house.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe Devlin. She is first class. She has a very friendly manner, instantly likeable. She is also very professional & gave us an honest service. She tried her hardest for us & came up with creative ideas to meet our needs (against a difficult economic backdrop of industry supply issues). I would not hesitate in using Chloe again, she's a pleasure to do business with.
