Really bad experience at Palmers Peugeot in Watford, I was waiting for call from "salesman" and he ignored me

We went to look at buying a new Peugeot having had two from new previously. The salesman was Lee Perkins and rather than being a salesman, he became an advisor with fantastic knowledge of the cars he was promoting. We have purchased another 308 and hope that the customer servicing in the future lives up to Lee's excellent introduction to Palmers in Watford

Second time purchased car from Palmers Peugeot Watford, this time bought a 2008 and dealing with Lee Perkins we received excellent service.
Seriously abysmal service, treated as if I do not matter. Completely wasted my time and offered me appalling customer service whilst at it making promises they can not keep. Will never purchase from them again and will paste this review everywhere I can - shocking dealership would give Palmers Motor Company Watford 0 stars if I could!

10/10 for service,nothing too much trouble for the sales person Lee Perkins would recommend this company highly.got a great trade in deal very happy with my DS5 prestige ! it was well worth travelling over 200 miles for the car i wanted

Bought a used car from Palmers Motor Company. Prior to sale they lied about the MOT and Car Service history. Turned out the car had been in an accident and they tried to cover it up. It had serious faults. Decided to get it repaired by them – they stalled and didn’t want to help. Decided to reject the faulty car– at which point they refused my right (after less than 2 weeks). Some salesman ended up posing as MD and told me I had no legal right (he was wrong). Ended up in court. We won, and they paid our expenses, court fees etc… Lot of hassle. Save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere! Fiat Head office were also NOT helpful. A bad bunch. Would give them less than 1 star if I could
If you want to save money pls stay away from Palmers Motor Group in Watford. They sold me a lot of lies before I bought the car, once you have bought it, forget about helping you if u have any problems with the car. I know 3 people who bought from them and they all have same problems. Citroen watford worse customer service. After sale services.. all bad.
