We didn’t originally set out to buy a BMW. We had a BMW Z4 as a weekend car, and our other car was coming up for a renewal. We were looking on Autotrader and thought, Let's go for another BMW. We rang up Panacea Motors to arrange a day to view it. As soon as we saw the car, we knew that it was the one. We took the car for about a half an hour test drive. We would have liked to take it on the motorway, although due to the time of day and distance to the motorway, we didn't. The person we dealt with was helpful, no issue in that regard. Happy with the car, I've already told my friend at work to go and have a look at their website because he likes my car, and Panacea has a high end selection of cars, BMWs, Audis and Mercedes. I'd give it 4 out of 5, as there is always room for improvement, but nothing in particular.

I bought a Ford Ranger from Panacea Motors, and overall it’s been alright. The vehicle itself is running fine, but there were some issues when I picked it up that should really have been done beforehand. There’s a missing cover on the roller shutter, a problem with the reverse sensor constantly buzzing, and a dent on the tailgate. That said, Jay was really helpful and did get a few things sorted for me. He’s been good to deal with and seems willing to put things right. He also gave me the option to go and get the dent sorted myself, which I did go to someone for, although he was charging £80, which I thought seemed expensive. I can't fault Jay, he's bent over backwards for me. I think it was more external companies that delayed him from getting them sorted. I would buy from them again.

The Mercedes A-Class has been brilliant, and I’ve been enjoying it since getting it. The experience at the dealership was fantastic. I didn’t catch the salesman’s name, but the overall service was amazing. I’d definitely use them again in the future.

I was looking online for a 4x4, me and my Mrs came across the BMW 3 Series. To be honest, I never thought I'd get an estate car, but I like it. My Mrs drives it mostly and said she has been enjoying it, the guys at Panaces Motors were nice guys, and I'd give my experience a 5 star

The salesman at the dealership answered all of my questions and was friendly throughout, if they had the car I was looking for in the future, I'd potentially go back to them. full marks!

I had been car shopping for 2-3 months when I came across the Mercedes C-class on AutoTrader, which directed me to Panacea Motors' website, where I enquired online. I didn't go to the dealership, it was all done over the phone. It was pretty straightforward, and they were really easy to work with. The car was then delivered to my house and has been good.
