I have dealt with many different dealerships and never dealt with anyone like Panacea Motors. Our sales rep was always in earshot ready to help but allowed us to look around and check out the cars in our own time. When I had decided I like the Evoque, he was really informative and talked us through all the features, even allowed us to go on a nice test drive which didn't feel rushed. Since buying the Evoque, I have already been looking at other cars and will defiantly be buying from Panacea Motors again in future!

I have never had a hybrid before, always full petrol or diesel, I have never been one for driving fast, the UK roads aren't built for it, so investing in something with less emphasis on performance and more on comfort and fuel economy seemed like the right thing to do for me. I chose the Lexus IS 300h, I have always been fond of Lexus cars, this one in particular looks great and on the test drive proof a very smooth and comfortable drive. I haven't driven much since I bought it as I am waiting for the insurance to fully go through however, it feels like I made the right choice choosing the Lexus IS and Panacea Motors.

Everything so far has been going very well with my car, unfortunately, the police impounded it due to an issue with my insurance and I will have to pay to retrieve the soon. This has been a massive inconvenience but no fault of Panacea Motors, they have been incredibly supportive before, during and after the sale and the whole experience felt quick, easy and with minimal stress. The car is beautiful, really nice and fun to drive, I cannot wait to get the car back!

All is well with my new Skoda Superb, I have had lots of cars like this in the past, had faced some issues with them so I know what I am looking for in terms of warning signs. The car hasn't been used a massive amount since I purchased it but from the test drive to present, everything has been perfect. The experience in store was very nice and friendly, I felt like I could trust Panacea Motors and the lads at the dealership and I am really happy with my purchase.

I have always been a Jag man, my last car, my baby was a Jaguar XFS. It was an ex Demo car, had every bell and whistle you could think off and unfortunately it was stolen. I was devastated and still miss it however, the BMW 5 Series I purchased from Panacea Motors, the comfort, quality of ride, performance, everything is the same just with a different badge. Tia and Jay were the main people I dealt with and they were spot on, I also dealt with Addi who delivered the car, he said he would be with me for 12:30 and 12:30 he was there, the secretary who's name eludes me, she was great and helped me with taxing the vehicle etc. The whole team are amazing and work really well together, I can't praise them enough and I have already recommended them to anyone and everyone who will listen. They even put 4 new tires on, refurbished the alloys and sorted some paint work prior to the delivery.

I have got absolutely no worries about my new car, I have had a VW Passat for the last few years and stepping up to the Audi A4, I am really enjoying driving it. My old car was manual so jumping into an automatic has been a little bit of a change but I am slowly getting used to it. I can't remember the salesmen's name who I was dealing with however, the service he provided was defiantly memorable. He was attentive, took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for and helped guide me through the suitable options within my price range. The car was well prepped and clean upon collection, very happy with Panacea Motors.

I went with an Audi A5 as I feel it is a more relaxed and mature drive compared to the cars I have had in the past. The car is really sweet, runs well and is incredibly comfortable to drive. I dealt with boss man Tahir directly and he was great, I would give him, the dealership and the cars 100/10 if I could, Excellent service.

As an avid motorcycle rider, cars have never really interested me to much, I had a Polo last and a Fiat Punto before than, cars have always been a necessity but I decided to treat myself to something little more high end than I have had in the past. I treated myself to an Audi A3, the car is immaculate. It's serving as a really nice daily drive till the summer when my bike is back on the road. Panacea Motors went above and beyond to meet my expectations and they do a fantastic job.

I'm happy to report that everything is running smoothly, and I'm pleased with all aspects of my experience. The customer service was beyond excellent, truly lovely and amazing. The process overall was fine, and I can't complain about anything. I'd rate it a solid 4.5 out of 5.
