Great service from a helpful and friendly man. I bought a BMW I3 electric car and Mat took time to fully explain how it works and even rang me to make sure I got home safely.
Before now, I have always been wary of dealing with car salesmen, dealers... Having just purchased a car from Parade Autos Ltd I can honestly say that the entire process was an absolute pleasure. Matt called me as soon as I expressed an interest and could not have been more accommodating, non-pushy and helpful. The process felt so much easier than anything that I have experienced before. A real treasure with a stunning collection of cars on sale. I love my new BMW and know that I got a honest sale and good price. Would highly recommend.
