The worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Error code come on within 30 minutes of driving which they just patched up causing it to come back on within a month. Haven't had the car for a year and it's needed over £2000 in work. Don't worry though it has warrenty right? Maximum of 220 per claim and you have to jump through 20 hoops to get it. Terrible customer service. Just an all round terrible experience. Please save yourself the bother and go to a reputable dealership instead of these cowboys who prey on people who know nothing about cars, like me.

We were sold a bodged accident-repaired vehicle which the insurer would not cover / repair after a non-fault accident, leaving us thousands of pounds out of pocket. There were many red flags during this transaction that I should have heeded (which I won’t go into), but I will not fall into the same traps again. So, based on our experiences, I simply cannot recommend Paramount Cars; our vehicle was borderline unsafe and it makes me sick to the stomach to think that we might have put our 16 month son in harm’s way. If you simply must buy from Paramount Cars, then make sure you get an expert inspection. Having said, based on our experiences of dealing with the owner, he’s highly likely to take it personally and may even refuse. Another thing to consider is that the warranty supplied with the vehicles from the garage is not even worth the paper it’s written on. Google “Warranties 2000 reviews” if you’d like to see what would be in store for you should you need to claim (highly likely). You’ve been warned.

Paramount Cars have an abundance of cheap and broken cars. Bought a car March last year so almost a year ago now. Within the first month the car was faulty and the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on just like Miles' retail license to sell cars. Was asked to pay for the repairs and I would receive a refund which I then had to battle for, really solid warranty service. The car was still an absolute heap and still had a recurring error, eventually I got the car sent back in August after a long battle and Miles offering to repair it for the third time, turns out his mechanics don't have a clue either. It is now January the year after and I am still in a case with an Ombudsman as Miles wants to charge me for mileage on the car which I paid for and never received the money back? The man is a mug and I have no idea how his business is even still running. I can't wait for the day he gets shut down by an Audit or a check by the Fca because of his dodgy back street dealings.

Really excellent service, I bought a Nissan Qashqui from Paramount a few months ago and I am very pleased. The car was immaculate and really good value for money. the car has had one issue but it was back in the garage and out again fairly quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
