Attempting to book my car in for a repair at BMW Park Royal under warranty I today suffered the worst example of customer service that I have ever, ever experienced in my life. Rang the relevant number, got a pleasant girl whose first words were that the call was being recorded. She said she would put me through to a service agent. But there wasn't one available so she offered one to call me back. OK, I said, thinking it might take 10 minutes. Two hours later, no call back so I called again. This time got a pleasant guy who again told me the call was being recorded. He bumped me up the queue and eventually, after a further hour and a half, I got a call from the elusive service agent. I explained the problem (inconsistent brake pedal travel) and he immediately said I might have to pay £275 PER HOUR for them to diagnose the problem! Apparently because brake pads are consumables and not covered by the warranty. He clearly had no idea of the difference between a brake pedal and a brake pad and was merely following a script. The script led on to a whole string of irrelevant questions, including "Had I topped up the radiator water?" and "Did I want to receive marketing communications from BMW?" BMW clearly has no idea about customer service once it has sold you a car and probably doesn't care. Greeting you with "This call is being recorded" is not good customer service. Putting idiot agents who know nothing about cars in a call centre is not good customer service. Asking whether you want marketing communications when all you want is a warranty repair is not good customer service. And charging £275 per hour to diagnose a fault that is covered by the warranty is not good customer service. I have had many BMWs in the past but I will not be buying another one ever again.
Once you’ve taking the car you’re no longer a valued customer!! Found a fault at my car which doesn’t have a remedy as yet and offered no solution to it, not even caring about one’s safety on the road. Just said will have to wait from BMW AG until the fault will have a remedy Terrible customer service, had to chase days for a response like this, all while they’re taking the money out of you.. Just don’t go there, massive trap hidden under smiley faces. Disappointing

qualified for the bmw forces scheme( supposed to be unbeatable according to forums) but price quoted over phone easily beaten by TRL at berry bmw heathrow. BEWARE they do not put anything in writing.... have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous... well done BMW another winner( NOT)
I want to give a big thanks to the BMW team especially Laila and Sam who made the deal happen. Laila was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process and Sam helped me get familiar with my new car.
1. Worst sales process - have to chase them for delivery. 2. Sales team threating me to sign to expired documents. 3. When I raised disputes of my new vehicle delivery - they promised to take action and exactly after 60 days they said they cannot proceed with my request. 4. 40k+ car delivered in most worst state you could ever imagine. 5. When I asked for cancellation (within 14 days) they have been saying will handle disputes and did not took any actions rather cheated me. Hi I recently enquired about a used 330i and spoke to saleman called David, have to admit the worst person to speak to, no customer service skills what so ever. Asked what deal he can do for me and he replied none as they dnt offer any discount or deals or freebies and want me to folk out 34k on a car. Also they want me to buy the car without seeing it or test driving it, all i get is a video of the car when they get it in. Even the PCP part was offered 10.9%, other bmw dealers are offering me a better rate then these clowns. At all cost just avoid them, just wanna make person and scam people into paying full price and higher PCP so they can make higher commission.
Ordered an 118i from BMW Park Lane on the condition that my disabled wife can get in and out paid £1000 deposit, the car was too low for her so I asked for my deposit back, two weeks passed and I still waiting for the money despite verbal and written promises
The customer service at BMW Park Lane is appalling having been through 5 different salesmen to deal with our issues which in 5 weeks are still not resolved . Each one saying he will phone back, but they don’t. There is no point complaining to park lane you need to go higher. They could not quote for a windscreen replacement in all that time. I am pressing one star as there is no option for minus stars

BMW park lane. I never see this dealership like this in my life ,I have been there and chose the car and I paid £1000 to KONRD STERENCZAK as a deposit to get a finance,and he said I will call you tomorrow,he didn’t call me ,afternoon I call him and asked him to update my finance,he said sorry your finance hasn’t gone through but ,don’t worry we can get your finance from black horse and is a little bit highest rate,as I know my credit is good I said no thanks please refund my deposit,unfortunately the people don’t know this ,when dealership like bmw park lane get a finance from different bank with higherest rate they get more commission percentage,anyway I send them email to cancel my finance and asked them to refund my deposit,they didn’t respond me ,every single day I call them and I asked the guy who get my deposit £1000 KONRD STERENCZAK ,they said sorry his with another customer,he didn’t call me ,he didn’t respond me , I just google it to complain in BMW head office the number is coming up 03705050160 and I ring them and explain to them what was happening,they take my details and they said ok we will sold it out, I believe BMW head office are the same billing in park lane but they put different number ,you have to make sure find a original head office contnumber ,this number is a fake unfortunately they didn’t after few days I ring them up what’s going on ,and they said sorry we don’t have your name about your complain,I was shock and complain again,they said ok we will contact them, is more than 2 weeks now I haven’t received my deposit ,please please do not trus them they are cheating people,they take your deposit and they keep your money and then they do it business of your money please don’t trust them anymore they are big lawyer ,now I’m going to complain to ombudsman Sent from my iPad
Wouldn’t even give BMW Park Lane a star but I had too!! Asked for a pcp quote on an X5, recieved the quote, asked him to confirm the figures which were all correct in which they were! Paid the deposit only to be called to say there finance manager had messed the figures up an hour later!! Complete sham of a dealership, for Park Lane, London I would expect a much more professional dealership who didn’t get there business/ finance managers from an early learning centre! Lost a deal due to going with there ‘so called cheaper deal’ now I’m left to pick up the pieces and pay more money as they were unwilling to compensate there incapabities!! Strongly avoid at all cost’s!! I would go as far to say you get better service from a Land Rover dealership, least they get there figures right and when they do mess up they try there hardest and go out of there way to rectify there problems. I’ve always rated BMW’s service as second to none but after the experience today they have strongly put me off and I hope BMW in Munich are watching these reviews and do something about the appalling service!
