As travelling from Cornwall, research undertaken on both company & Peugeot 508 Hybrid prospective vehicle, before speaking with Simon on tele Saturday PM. Very friendly helpful manner with no pressure. Following discussion agreed he would make vehicle ready Monday so could be taken away under terms of Parkhills advertised “Same day drive away” if we decided to proceed. On arriving Monday found Simon again very helpful, friendly leaving my wife and I the time we required to make up our minds. None of the pressurised, scripted sales patter so often associated with second hand car dealers. Liked the vehicle, formalities completed and back on the road home. Very impressed with overall buying experience with Parkhills as we are with the vehicle. First time attempted to use CD player some two months later found it did not work. Car already booked with local Peugeot dealership to update SatNav operating software, requested they also sort problem. Having incurred standard labour cost advised unable sort CD player fault and therefore unable to update software with only option to purchase and they fit brand new unit at a little under £1K. Emailed Parkhills to explain situation and virtually by return received tele call from Paul Thompson General Manager. Again very friendly, helpful & offered to arrange CD player repaired at Parkhills expense. In view of distance happy to accept in the post. Simple process to remove from vehicle and then received email just over 24 hrs from posting to say unit repaired, packaged and already on way back. Received following morning and within 48hrs of posting to Parkhills a fully operating unit back in vehicle. Very impressed with exemplary after Sales Service, said service being something so often missing with many second hand car dealers. Have been very impressed in all dealings with Parkhills & would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a second hand vehicle irrespective of any distance they may be from Bury. I will certainly be referring to Parkhills Car Centre the next time I’m looking to change my vehicle.

I recently bought a used BMW 5 series from Parkhills and have been thoroughly impressed by both the car and the buying experience. Paul Tomlinson ably assisted me throughout, from leaving me alone with the keys to examine the car at my leisure on my first visit all the way through to phoning me as I left with my purchase to tell me I had left my belongings behind! In between times, Paul kept me in the loop as the car was being MOT'd and prepared for the road, but never did I feel that he was being 'pushy' with me. Not only would I recommend them, I fully intend to use them again when my daughter needs to change her car in the summer.

I have had my Mercedes A180 from Parkhills Car Centre for almost 6 months now and I have had no issues with it at all. It was clean and in great condition. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful and the car is worth every penny. I am super pleased with it.

I have had my Toyota Aygo for a while now, Almost 6 months and so far I have had no issues with it. The car was clean and in very good condition and the dealers were happy to help in any way. The car was a very good price and I don't have a based word to say at all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I would happily use Park Hill Car Centre again to buy another car from. They didn't push you into anything you didn't want, I was left to my own devices, they let me test drive the car and have a good look around, very polite and relaxed. I am really happy with my Volvo 3 months later from owning it.

Everything has been Champion with Parkhills Car Centre! I bought a Vauxhall Antara back in may and I have had no issues what so ever, lovely motor in excellent condition for a really fantastic price. I would recommend them.
