Car purchase I recently bought a vehicle from Parkland motors. The complete experience was exceptional, their no pressure to buy approach really worked for me personally, they have every faith that there stock sells itself and this faith is not misplaced, all cars are taken care of prior to purchase and checked throughly. I was given the leisure to look around the vehicle with no one breathing down my neck and allowed to take my time to take it all in. Any questions I had regarding the vehicle was answered upon my return to the showroom. Then I was aloud to take the vehicle out for a test drive, once again allowed to take my time to familiarise myself with the car as I saw fit. This experience was perfect for me. Jason who dealt with my purchase had a great knowledge of all areas and really made the complete experience very smooth and painfree, not just the vehicle purchase but other admin like taxing the car etc. The whole experience was exceptional and made so much more easier than could have been especially with the current circumstances we find ourselves in and I would not hesitate to recommend Parkland motors to any of my friends or family. I saw a BMW330 touring which I was interested in for sale at LE11 Cars, I did a HPI check which came back as clean then travelled 100 miles to look at it and test drive it. All seemed okay, wheels had been refurbished on their edges, it needed a service and the front wheel alignment was out. Ash agreed to have the service done and tracking, did the deal, left a small deposit and drove home after arranging to collect a week or so later. I then found another car history check website - vcheck.uk (I'm not associated with them at all) and found to my horror that the car I was planning to buy had been sold a few months earlier by Copart Salvage Auctions at Sandtoft. The car had travelled only 300 miles between being sold by Copart and then by LE11 Cars. I called them and said I wouldn't be going ahead with the purchase, asked for my deposit back (still waiting) and thanked my lucky stars that I hadn't bought a car that had been ragged around an industrial estate by some scrote and then smashed up. Bought a 5k car from LE11 Cars Dec 17. 8 months in and have spent £1200 on parts that would have been visible to the MOT inspector - brakes, discs. Both calipers seized 2 weeks apart. Both springs went 1 month apart. More repairs to come and am going to cut my losses soon. Advice would be to take on a longer test drive as was barely enough fuel in the car to do 10 miles when I did so pressuring you do a quick round the block. I ended up going round twice as not long enough and less than 30mph all the way. Take the warranty and get your vehicle checked out, preferablly before you buy or as soon as after. Knew I probably overpaid but car is worth half of what I have left to pay on the loan and has affected my mental health. Signed for letters to the garage not responded to. Avoid unless you're a car expert or money to spend to 'get it right'.

I bought 1.6 seat sport drives good but at the time of picking of the car the mistake I have done was never done a test drive which I trusted as I was thinking they are reliable, then after I picked up the car few days later I realised the back booth cover was loosed and the the back door right hand passenger was pained and the paint came of the week after also that 2 weeks latter the exhaust was making sound I toke it to garage they said the exhaust need to be replaced to new one as the MOT was kind of fake and I rang them they said the car is got warranty 3 month but not cover the exhaust I had so much headeach for 2 month to deal with them which the willing to pay for part and I have to pay for leble and because I am from Leicester and loosing much more to have few hours off I reject it and also they providing me the last MOT certificate which I rely on it then i find out they have done MOT 1 month before and they did not provid me the certificate which according to certificate date of MOT I had to renew MOT then I told the the fault about exhaust then they told me the car had another MOT 1 month before I picked up the car as I askd the why you have not notified me about they said it was my fault which I had to good to google to find out about it and I am not happy the service at all and I don’t recommend it to any one

When I arrived at LE11 Cars for my test drive appointment there was nobody there. 10 minutes later someone came back. They gave me the keys and said they would be with me in a few minutes. At least the additional 20 minutes I was waiting before leaving gave me time to find the overspray on the sill, badly repaired (with metal strips) door mirror housing and badly repaired glove box door. I strongly suspect that this car had received a strong shunt to the side which was badly repaired, undeclared in the listing and they were asking over top price for the car. Including the walk down and back, that's an hour and a half I'll never see again.
