I called LE11 Cars in the morning to confirm the car (Vauxhall Corsa 1.2) was still for sale as it would be an hours or so drive to view it. I got there only to be told that the car had been sold mid week, and that has been miscommunication with colleague. Actually I spoke to the dealer and recognised his voice so he lied to me! He then proceeded to show me cars valued at 5k with full knowledge I came to look at a car for 3k. What a waste of a morning, Dealers like this give other reputable dealers a bad name. I was ready to buy the car I had seen advertised subject to inspection, test drive etc.. Clearly the dealer thought rather than turn me away at point of phone call, better that I turn up where he'd have the opportunity to try and sell me something else. Avoid at all cost. Very dishonest!!

Very happy!!! I bought my focus from LE11 Cars and it's great! Cannot fault! The service was brilliant aswell, they were polite,very professional and made me laugh! Great dealership and great guys! Would highly recommend!

I purchased a vehicle for my first car from LE11 cars and the vehicle within 2 weeks was in the garage. It was in and out of the garage 4 times before the issue was fixed and the staff were not very helpful and seemed to take a laid back approach. By no means are they a bad company however I feel the approach and the general issue that I encountered upon this occasion have lead me to write such a review. Please do go down to LE11 cars and view and test drive the vehicles but I would advise getting someone that is trained in looking over vehicles first before purchasing one from them.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. After having driven miles, I was disappointed that the car was not as advertised. The sales assistant came out and immediately began to swear and then when I told him there was no need to be aggressive, he told me that he would show me aggressive. Even to the point where I had 999 dialed in my phone.

Excellent service and very helpful staff who i must say we're not pushy like they often are in car sales. I have had my car for a few months now and I'm very happy with it and I would definetly recommend them.
