I RANG UP TO PRICE SOME DUNLOP TYRES FOR MY PASSAT , AND THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS CHEAPER THAN ONLINE AND THEY ARE A DUNLOP DEALER SO THEY FITTED THEM THE SAME DAY. CAN'T SAY FAIRER THAN THAT.

Sick of calling them regarding a problem which is under warranty, same response each time "we will call you straight back" never returned a call in 4 weeks of trying to get this sorted, as soon as they get your money they have no interest in you, stay away.

Absolutely diabolical service! The after sales care at Parklands Cars is non existent, only want your money then don't want to know.
Bought car from here a year ago. After sales was rubbish and we're not bothered about any problems that you have with your car once they had taken you money. I would not buy from Parklands Cars again.
I had an OK experience when I visited Parklands Cars. Unfortunately the sales person I dealt with wasn't most knowledgeable person, but It was the car I was interested in and that was perfect. It wasn't bad, and i didnt have any problems and for that reason I would recommend them to others.

I could not have asked for help by this dealership they really did go the extra mile for me. When I picked the car up I had a few problems with it they came and collected me and the car and provided me with a courtesy car whilst they were fixing the problems with the vehicle - this was all paid for by them - the whole situation was brilliant and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends
