Ordered my new notability Qashqai Tekna + from Parks Renault in Ayr in mid February 2019 as soon as I could to ensure delivery for May 2019. After a couple of weeks I hadn't heard anything, but had received all motability paperwork. I phoned Parks, Ayr, salesman was busy left a message, I phone after another week, salesman is on holiday, asked for manager who would double check car was ordered. Phoned the next day receptionist assures me car has been ordered. I was so happy and excited, I called Parks a week ago. motability salesman says he doesn't have date for my lovely new car, but was going to look for alternates and was also going to speak to franchise manager and Nissan. TOTAL DEVISTATION!!!!!!! I called next day salesman was off, spoke to manager who assured me he would call me back within half an hour, nothing. I called again in afternoon different manager who didn't know anything. Had been upset for a week and spoke to motability operations in a state and they were lovely and cancelled my order with Parks as I could not go back there. Car was to be here for or before 11th May 2019. I have no idea what or how this has happened, I have had to go through finding and ordering another car from somewhere else for delivery july AUgust. Is this what happens normally? Should it not be go to dealer, order car, get car????????????????

Bought 2017 Renault Captur end of March from Parks Ayr after payment was told there was only one key which would follow in 2wks, now after 4 months I finally received a new key. Not too happy.
Called into Parks Ayr on the High Road to purchase a motability car but found on arrival that the showroom had new cars for sale sitting in the disabled parking spaces of which there it's only 2 to start with. So immediately it was a struggle to get into the showroom. My husband spoke to one of the salesmen who was less than helpful and looked at us as if he didn't know what our problem was. No one seemed interested in helping us at all they advertise themselves as a motability showroom but in my experience they made me feel like I was a bother to them. We went elsewhere to purchase the car and would never recommend parks renault/nissan to anyone disabled or otherwise. Terrible company.
The salesman, Brian, was really helpful and put me at ease. This was the first car I had bought on my own and he helped me through the process from start to finish. He made me feel that what I wanted was the most important thing. He didnt try to push me into something I didn't want. I will definitely consider going back for my next car
