I recently purchased a new Dacia Sondero from Parks Coatbridge and from the moment I entered the showroom I was met firstly by Natalie who started off the process, acting in a very professional and courteous manner. She kept us up to date throughout the ordering and with the paperwork. When the car arrived Steven then took over and again it was all done in a very professional and informative manner. Nothing was too much bother for him and he followed up the sale with phonecalls asking if any problems - which there were none - enquiring as to how the car was performing. A very nice touch. I highly recommend Parks Renault Coatbridge to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

I bought a new car from Andrew and I have to say this was my 1st time buying a new car and Andrew was so informative about the car and its spec, he also explained how long it would take due to this issues due to the corona virus. Andrew kept me informed every step of the was then the car was being shipped and could be expected in the show room. Andrew called to make the appointment to come and pick up the car and when I got there everything was ready for me and I didn't have to wait. I have had the car a month now and several time Andrew has contact me to make sure I didn't have any further question I needed answered.

mr steven stevenson should be given employee of the month, what a very helpful man he was, i hope he is available to assist me on any visit, very highly recommended.nothing was an issue, made you feel very welcome and very at ease, can,t speak highly enough, keep up the good work steven.

Huge thanks to Nathalie in Park's Renault Coatbridge for her help with buying a used car. She was very patient with all my questions and answered lots of emails with requested information. The buying of the used car was very smooth and the only piece of information i was not able to find out was who provided the roadside assistance with extended warranty. Nathalie had really good knowledge of sales and was very helpful throughout the 4 day process, following up with a courtesy call a couple of days after buying the car. All very much appreciated!
