What a great team! David was so helpful with me and was so understanding with everything! He done great to find me the best avenue to take and was great with his service. The vehicle I have received was great and was so clean and tidy inside.

Bought a Renault Clio last week from Alan Garland, unfortunately there was a bit of a hiccup with the car, as can happen, however it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, I received several calls about progress, even though it was resolved within 48 hours, I will definitely be buying another Renault from Alan again. Also, went for test drive with Alasdair Hanney, answered all my questions, very impressed

Called Parks EK to try and book vehicle in to get our breaks looked at. Was told I would be put through the service depart. Phone kept ringing and ringing and finally someone answered but they were from the Irvine Branch, she said she was transfer me back through but, again, the phone kept ringing out then it cut off. Whenever I keep trying to call again, same thing happened. Called 6 times and still no-one answers the call. Nothing like a great customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. UNHELPFUL!

Just had the sales manager for Parks of Hamilton Renault East Kilbride calling us threatening legal action because we put our negative experience up on reviews & social media. Everything on the reviews was the truth & we have proof. Apparently we were 'accepting' of their ridiculous offer for our car which we handed back after CONSTANT issues from the 1st week we had it. More like..... we had no option, other than keep an unsafe car which we weren't prepared to do. Wow, they really are a shocking company!! They just keep delivering that diabolical service! The sales manager basically just called to shout at us, try to belittle us & puff his chest out. They are bullies. Nasty, unhelpful & don't believe anything you say. Horrible horrible place. Oh and just to add. When we called the head office to tell them all the problems & make a complaint. The lady who took the call didn't realise she hadn't pressed mute & we heard the woman she asked what to do with this complaint "Just tell them anything to get them off the phone" They are nice as pie when they're selling you a car which most of their good reviews are from but if there's any issues with your newly purchased car......... they are nasty & horrible!!

Once again have had a very pleasant experience buying a 2nd hand car from Parks at the East Kilbride Site We previously bought a Nissan Quasquai which we were very pleased with, now we have purchased a Citroën, Our salesperson Steve McDonald was very informative about the car performance , talked us through all the " pluses" the car has We were once again delighted to have a friendly face answering all our questions , we would give Steve 10 out of 10 for his " Performance "

Honestly not only got the right parts but when out the way to make sure of this ! Guy colin at desk could not do enough, and when parts came i got text right way ! I was unsure if i could fit them and even at time if it was the right parts again first class service, i was told to drive round to body shop and guy joe came out on his tea break and actually fitted my cover on wing mirror, at same time i was talking to colin and he helped me with light bulbs at back of my car ! First class lads helping this old guy out , highly recommended this company, ps i actually purchased car from here too few years back ! Again could not fault them in anyway
