My husband and I went to Parks at East Kilbride this morning. At the Kia arena we were greeted by Nicky Jeffrey. He was helpful and efficient. He is an asset to this company.
Went to Parks looking for a specific car. We spoke to one of the salespeople,Jonathan Tsang,and told him exactly what we were looking for. He checked to see what had just came in and found a car that he thought would be ideal for us and had it brought round. It was exactly what we wanted and within our price range.He wasn’t a pushy salesperson which made him a pleasure to deal with. We picked up our car yesterday and we were so happy with it. Jonathan explained what was what in the car,he couldn’t have been nicer. If you go to Parks ask for Jonathan he will go above and beyond for you as he did us.

Dropped our car off at Parks Volvo Ayr 3 weeks for a recall, collected it one week later, didn’t discover until I got home that there was a bash in the both passenger door and back door ( raging at myself for not walking round car to check it before leaving the garage) phoned them straight away, very unhelpful, denied that it happened there, I had to ask them to check the CCTV, they said they would and would phone back Monday, long and short of it, I’ve had to chase them up for the past 2 weeks and was finally told today that they are not taking responsibility for it, raging, will never use them again, have bought 2 brand new Volvos of them in the past few years, won’t be buying another thing from them again !!!!!!!!!! They’ve lost a customer!

I went to parks in East Kilbride to buy a new car. The service was amazing. Jamie Hill made the experience so easy for me and I found my dream car. Jamie really went above and beyond to make it a very easy and good experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to pop in and see what they have to offer

I did a part exchange 9 days ago. Told them all 11 faults that the previous car they had sold me had in 7 months. Paperwork completed, monies transferred and new finance in place. They are refusing to give me my new car until the old car sells at auction. Advised by motor ombudsman and finance company that the new car is legally mine but they are refusing to release the car. I am now going to be out of pocket to get a lawyer involved. Stressed out. Need help/ advice.

I have read a number of negative reviews but my experience with Parks's at East Kilbride was exceptional when buying a 'new ' car. I was looking on line using search engines for a new Hybrid or Electric car,( ASAP). Everyone had no stock . Stephen Brown replied to say unfortunately (like most dealers) they had no stock in Electric? Hybrid and there was a 4 month wait, as we chatted I said reluctantly I would take a petrol but really wanted an electric/ Hybrid. a few minutes later he phoned back to say after a chat with his sales manager they could sell me a showroom demonstrator. turned out to be an excellent price and low mileage and 5 days later I had the car. Stephen and his sales manager were exceptionally helpful and on the collection they could not have been more helpful , Stephen took a lot of time to demonstrate the features of the car, link up my phone to the apps, ensured I was connected the bluetooth to to Citroen services etc . He had previously sorted out introductions to firms that installed home chargers, and the app for the Govt approved govt and commercial charging stations. So all told I would rate this as a five star service compared to the other dealerships I had contacted.

Booked car in to Parks Peugeot, East Kilbride on Monday 2nd August for ‘fixed price’ battery replacement £109. Note that I did not ask for a battery condition check. Dropped car off at Parks E/K at 10:30am. 3pm – Received call stating that yes the battery did need replaced, which I already knew, and the cost, including VAT would be £197. I stated that the agreement was £109 for fixed price battery replacement. After a few minutes waiting, I was told that, yes, the £109 was correct. I asked if my car was being worked on and was told that, after checking with workshop, I would receive a call back shortly. No return call. 3:45pm – Phoned Parks to enquire when car would be ready. After getting passed from one extension to another, taking 10 to 15 minutes, I was informed that the battery had been ordered and Parks were awaiting delivery and that fitting would take approximately 30 minutes. I asked if it would be same day. Reply was . . Yes, if not I would be contacted before closing. No contact received. 3rd August - Phoned Parks 10:15 to enquire situation regarding return of car. Waited as extension rang out. Receptionist took details and told me I would receive a call back. No call back after waiting nearly 1 hour and 30 mins. Phoned Parks again at 11:40. Resulted in being told that car was ready for collection on the afternoon of 2nd August and that he thought he had phoned me. He apologised. PARKS MAJOR PROBLEMS: Communication with customer is verging on terrible. Personnel have a problem keeping customer up to date with delays etc. Rarely receive a call back. Customer has to do the running. Receptionists have a problem getting information from manufacturer desk personnel. Often phones are not answered while customer is kept waiting on the line. I had a similar problem with Parks a couple of years ago and am disappointed in the fact that, in my opinion, nothing has changed. Also noticed when I got home that the dashcam USB had been disconnected before the car had even been moved from parking bay to workshop to commence work . . strange that!

Car went in under warranty to fix oil leak came back with hoist blocks embedded in the broken chassis panels oil leak not fixed worst experience ever no confidence in the car afraid to drive it had it assessed at an independent garage they were horrified at the dangerous condition it was returned in
