NOTE : A close relative of mine works for Arnold Clark. My recent visit was a complete disaster. While I anticipate receiving a scripted response urging me to contact customer services, it's evident that this gesture is merely for the sake of public relations, as the staff on-site showed no genuine concern whatsoever. I initially called the Giffnock branch to book a service for my car, but they couldn't accommodate me and instead booked me in at the Hillington branch, their supposed sister branch. Fine, I thought, until the ordeal began. I made it clear during the booking that I had a staff family & friends’ voucher. At the garage, they flat out refused to honour it, citing I had been given "personalised pricing”. If I was entitled to a discount, I would have thought they would have informed me beforehand When I questioned this, the sales advisor suddenly became silent, and provided no explanation. Despite my persistence, they would not listen. I left my car there while I tried to make sense of this mess. Upon checking with Arnold Clark, I found no terms and conditions that barred the use of my voucher. When I revisited the branch to resolve the issue, they just shrugged their shoulders, showing utter disregard for customer satisfaction. For me, it was not about the discount, my car was only in for an oil service but it was more principle. Frustrated, I eventually offered to pay the full price just to get my car back. But that was also a hassle. They claimed no one was available to take my payment and I would have to come back another day. However, after refusing to leave, someone did take my payment 25 minutes later. It's evident that there's a significant disconnect between Arnold Clark's ownership and the BMW garage's financial practices. The reluctance to honour discounts, especially those entitled to staff and their families, speaks volumes about their priorities. In contrast, both the Hillington and Giffnock dealership used to operate much more efficiently under previous ownerships like Douglas Park and Harry Fairbain. It's a shame to see how far downhill it's gone. As a result, I'll be going out of my way to avoid this place in the future. PS - my refurbished alloy came back with a chip. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this BMW dealership if you value your time and sanity.

Reception staff and manager a absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. Recomend trying Ayr branch as better standards though sad you have to travel further for a better customer service. Zero customer service at hillington branch. Chavs at best.
Bought car new 10 years ago and ran it for 180,000 miles, with Parks doing every service and piece of work including getting it back to its best after being crushed by a tree!
