Phoned to arrange a test drive, travelled 1&1/4hrs before being told "we're sorry but we sold that car yesterday" 2&1/2hrs of customer time wasted. Best ask Parks Irvine not once, but maybe three times before traveling to see a car, and even then it may have gone! Parks Irvine could do a lot better.

I bought a Suzuki Swift in August. The car was absolutely immaculate and In really good condition. I have had no issues with it at all and the dealers were very helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.
