Got my sons new Renault Captur from Parks Renault Irvine about 2 weeks ago. Everything from ordering to collecting the car was made so easy by Kane and he even got in contact last week to make sure everything was ok with the car. Thanks Kane I really appreciate all your help.
My son purchased this car today and within one hour broke down , Parks left my Husband and son with no transport home, service manager stayed with them until my other son went to get them he also broke down very stressful day the Clio he traded was better and wants it back don’t buy an Arkana especially that one, previously bought from Parks Ayr great service won’t be back at Irvine , the least they should have done was offered a lift back to Lanark.

I have recently bought a new Renault Captur from the dealership Parks in Dreghorn and the service was brilliant. Especially Chris and Kane. Kane had great patience with me as I haven’t driven an automatic before and he made it easy taking me on a couple of test drives. All the paperwork is done for you and everything is made really straightforward… all in all great experience.

Bought a Renault Kadjar from Parks Irvine. The service from Jim Alexander was excellent. Everything was delivered as promised with no issues. The handover was smooth and efficient and the help with our registration number was first class. We have had no issues but I'm sure if we did Jim would sort them for us. Great service.
