I purchased a car from Parks last week and the service has fallen well below expectations. I was promised a service record and fuel reimbursement, but despite several emails, I have received neither. After driving four hours to collect the vehicle, it was then delivered late, causing further inconvenience. Communication has been poor, and I’ve had to continually chase Jordan for information that should have been provided upfront. I was assured the car had a full service history and MOT, but these documents have still not been passed on. This has been a disappointing experience and I would advise others to be cautious.

I recently bought an Aygo X (my second one from Park’s Motherwell). The salesman was Jordan. He was friendly, vey helpful and went out of his way to get the deal I needed that was within my budget. He explained everything without rushing and made buying a new car a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and I am delighted with my purchase.

The last car I owned had a very nasty accident and is no more. The whole experience with that car from the purchase to it's end was bad. The car I took home today what a wonderful experience and I am very happy with the purchase. The Sales Person, Grant, was excellent he spent time and really engaged and listened so 10 stars out of 5 is not enough.

He listened to my requirements and selected a range of vehicles for me to view that would suit my needs. My saab went in for repair. They don't know anything about Saab. It has a Fiat engine. Charged me £135 to give me valuable information about theory knowledge or rather lack of knowledge about cars. Goy another garage to look at told me quickly it was a fuel pump fault. So won't be back to Parks. 5 cars. Numerous service .
