Great service, communication was spot on. Went over and above to get me the car I wanted and to help me sort finance. Car was spotless on arrival, inside and out. When I drove off a Tyre pressure warning light flashed up and when I informed Parkside Motors they apologised for the inconvenience and assured me the pressures just needed resetting - which they did. They then offered to purchase me a set of car mats which I took them up on. Can’t fault their service, would definitely use them again. Thanks again

Purchased a used Volvo V40 T4 from Adam and his father Stan last week. Car is fabulous, just like new, exactly what we were looking for. No pressure at all from these two gents. Very attentive and polite. They completed all paperwork relating to the transfer of our private registration, Stan even went to the post office to to get our road tax transfered due to my wife receiving PIP. Honestly, one of the best experiences I have had whilst purchasing a vw polo 2012. Was greeted with a warm welcome from the Parkside Motors what a Lovely Showroom they have and perfect customer service. We were assigned Adam who helped and guided us about the vehicle warranty, car features and assisted us with the test drive. Gave us time to look over the vehicle, wasn't pushy and intimidating at all. Genuinely a lovely chap. Adam had the car polished and fully valeted prior to our handover, car looked better then it came from factory! was very patient with us regarding the payment process, offered us drinks and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Brilliant service from start to finish The car I went to view was exactly as advertised. Very welcoming, down to earth friendly people (absolutely no pushy salesman vibe here ) stan & adam both lovely to speak to .. Easy to contact and fast response to emails and calls . I was given keys and they were happy for us to look around at our leisure . No hard sell here . I went back to my car to discuss further. Then went back in to leave a deposit Very thourgh when going through options and paperwork .
