After having the car for 6 months things started going wrong. The car was £4995 and had to spend £1000 on various bits plus the garage had not even put the correct battery on the car. Fast forward 3 months the car is not fit for purpose and going to cost £4,500 just to fix the problems from the vehicle health check that’s without finding out what’s happened to the fuel pump. The garage ignore correspondence and on the one occasion I spoke to somebody he was very rude. I’ve now had to involve the relevant authorities to get this nightmare dealt with.
If i were you i would think twice about buying a car from these scammers. We bought a Volvo v40 from them Jan 2023. Looked alright, drove OK. Stan was your best mate, could talk for England. Paid £2000 deposit and the rest on finance. Free 3 month warranty also included. Bought the car on a Monday and drove it home to East Yorkshire. Took it to our local and trusted garage on the Thursday, just for a peace of mind check over. He found 24 different faults when plugged into diagnostics. The sump plug was also leaking oil. There was oil in the vicinity of the turbo and it had a coolant leak. The undershield protection was missing from the front of the car. I had checked it's previous MOT's prior to us buying it. It had been tested in October 2022, with advisories of both front tyres, and rear brakes. It was then tested again in December 2022, this time with no advisories. Our garage found that both front tyres were below the legal tread, and the rear brake discs were heavily worn. Clearly these were not rectified on the December MOT, and no longer disclosed as advisories. Vehicle limit for emissions is .055 gm/km, this car was pumping out 1.86 gm/km. It would have failed straight away on that. We returned the car on the Saturday (would have been sooner but for work), not even a week after we bought it. Dealer refunded us just £1850 of our £2000 deposit, stating the £150 was for the warranty he had paid for. The warranty that was supposedly free for us. Have spoken to the warranty company who confirmed he has received his initial £150 from them. I have repeatedly asked dealer for the remaining £150 from our deposit that he owes. Dealer keeps fobbing me off and claiming the warranty company charged him a £150 admin fee. I don't believe that for one moment, and even if they did, that is not our concern, nor our liability. He is a liar, and a scam artist. He sold us an unroadworthy car, a car that was not as advertised, and didn't like the fact he had been called out on it. Not to mention, he also sold us a car with a clearly falsified MOT. To date we have still not received the £150 he still owes us. This dealership has been reported to the motor Ombudsman, Trading Standards, Vosa and the police in regards to all of the above. If you're looking to buy a car, look elsewhere. p.s. I still have the printouts of the issues found, also previous MOT's are available to see online. Both this dealership and the MOT tester they use are beyond dodgy.

This couldn't have been easier - I found the Focus online and txt first thing to book a viewing. On arrival I was given keys to check out the cars I was interested in, and given honest report on the status of each vehicle. I was really happy to be able to buy and drive away within an hour! Great team, great service, great car! Thanks, Adam

Bought a Vauxhall mokka two weeks ago living 2 hours away paid for delivery too this was a large amount of money Was reassured brakes was brand new and there was no faults on the car when test drove Delivery was messed up and was not deliver to me until 6 days after purchase when promised it was due on the 4th day after purchase When car was delivered warning signals started to come on the car the second I started it up was told by the seller Stan that the car just needed re-booting as it had not long been serviced 4 days after having the car I had to have the car in a garage to be looked at The brakes dics was rusted and failing and the battery has been swooped over before car got delivered to me and was not giving enough power out and was the wrong battery for the car Parkside motor group argued and said these are service parts they do not need to do them however I was advised to go to trading standards as the car should never of been sold with brake dics as bad as mine I have the dics myself to prove they are bad Parkside motor group do not take responsibility for a car being up to the standards before selling it please please check everything before buying with this company they lie to you This has now cost just over 300pounds to fix

I purchased a corsa from this company on the second of Jan this year and was told that it came with a 3 month warranty and some cars even had a 3 month warranty sign on the roof, the other day, 6 wk after i had purchased the car, the head gasket had gone and thrown most of the coolant out. when i contacted the dealership, i was told that it only had a 30 day warranty. however, when i disagreed with the dealer, he did say that if i got the car to him he would take a look at it. i tried to explain that the car wasn't driveable but he wasn't interested and reiterated that i would have to get it to him. My point is that, if you do purchase a car from this dealership, make sure you get your warranty in writing, they are definitely not to be trusted!

I bought a car from this dealer and can highly recommend them. I dealt with a gentleman named Stan who couldn't do enough for me, communication was excellent and everything that he promised he delivered. Would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
I was looking online for a while for a nice car for myself and family. I came across a Nisan qashqai, exactly what I was looking for big enough for my family enough space and comfortable and looked very promising. Been to a few garages to look at them see what I was dealing with most of them didn't let me take it for a test drive however came to Parkside because they had one no hesitation for a test drive. As soon as I seen the car I knew this is it, the car was fully loaded sat nav reverse camera leather seats very clean inside and out. The price was perfect even got a cheeky discount. Sorted me out with a deal I could not refuse. Full year MOT and tax 6 months warranty all part of the package. 10/10 for everything
