I recently purchased a VW Polo from Stan and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. These guys are great to deal with and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. We had a part missing and they arranged prompt delivery to our home address with regular updates from the after sales team. No need for me to chase. Thanks to Adam for his great communication. After having the car for 6 months things started going wrong. The car was £4995 and had to spend £1000 on various bits plus the garage had not even put the correct battery on the car. Fast forward 3 months the car is not fit for purpose and going to cost £4,500 just to fix the problems from the vehicle health check that’s without finding out what’s happened to the fuel pump. The garage ignore correspondence and on the one occasion I spoke to somebody he was very rude. I’ve now had to involve the relevant authorities to get this nightmare dealt with.

We had to travel from Birmingham and Stan met us at the station in the car we intended to purchase. This enabled us to see and hear it on the road. When we were back at the garage he went over the whole of the car with us thoroughly including how the various optional extras worked. He also pointed out a couple of possible faults e.g. the state/age of the battery was unknown. We could not fault his professionalism and would have no problem in recommending stan when buying a car. Also as we are elderly and do not use motorways very often he said to phone him and let him know we had arrived home safely.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Fantastic family run business, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with huge smiles and the warmest welcome. Really down to earth, truly some of the nicest, kindest people I’ve ever met. After having some unpleasant experiences with other dealerships I was so glad I found Parkside motors . Adam bent over backwards to get me the best possible finance deal, and I am extremely grateful! I could not be happier with my car, I purchased a Bmw 1 series from them and it is a perfect, absolutely stunning car, runs beautifully and was sparklingly clean inside and out. I never usually leave reviews (I’m terrible I know), but I couldn’t not leave one for Parkside Motors . I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.
