Bought a car online and had it delivered in December was assured nothing was wrong with the car and all repairs from the mot had been carried out, false test put on car none of repairs had been done no contact from the garage since buying the car, gear box is going 1st gear doesn't always work as well as no warranty sent over to me, I've requested it 3 times they have ignored every effort I've made to get in touch.

Purchased a bmw for nearly 4k from Parkside Motor Group, stan couldnt do enough for us when we were exchanging the details to purchase the vehicle..then after 10 days of owning the car we find out a shock absorber is leaking oil all over underneith the car and also the exhaust flexi has a large hole in it...baring in mind the car was only MOTd 1 month prior to the sale also...phoned the garage back up to explain what has been found to have stan say its not his problem to fix the issues as the 6month garantee does not cover these faults. Quite laughable really that he can completly wash his hands with a customer only 10 days after they purchased the car.. We have now had to involve trading standards!

Great service from the moment I picked up the telephone to enquire about a Mazda 6 estate. All his cars are presented to a high standard and priced very fairly. He was happy to allow a good length of test drive and is not pushy at all for a sale. I needed the car delivered over 75 miles in a short time frame which he organised and delivered as promised. After looking for over 2 months and visiting various car dealers and can honestly say Parkside motor group are great to deal with. Well worth trying the smaller dealer for a much better service. A real pleasure to deal with.

Recently purchased a Skoda Fabia from Parkside Motor Group. Am delighted with the car, it's history and the way it was presented. The reason I haven't given 6 stars for the review is that Parkside charge 2% for using a credit card to prchase the car. It would have been useful to have this information prior to paying. There is no surcharge for using a debit card card. Overall a positive car buying experience.

Absolutely THE BEST car-buying experience I could have ever hoped for. Stan (THE MAN) at The Parkside Motor Group was extraordinarily helpful, kind, respectful, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He is an honest guy who is NOT trying to make huge profits off selling the quality cars on his lot. He wants to put GOOD people in GOOD cars at FAIR prices. I walked away with an amazing car at a really great price without any stress or problems. Let me try to paint a little picture for you: At the time of writing this post, I just moved to the UK from the USA just over a month ago. I'm 24 years old. I had never bought a used car in my life, let alone in a foreign country! Also, I didn't know a lot about cars in general and I barely even knew how to drive a manual. Needless to say, I was super nervous going into this nerve-wracking process and I was completely clueless as to how the used-car buying process even worked in this new country. In the USA, we have a stereotype that used car salesmen are slimy b***ards trying to rip you off by shining up a piece of junk and pawning it off on some inexperienced, naive chump. So I did my research on the car I was interested in and on Parkside by reading reviews just like this one. Well, all of my fear and apprehension went out the window when I got in touch with Stan at Parkside Motors. I explained my situation to him and he immediately put my worries to rest. I arranged to view and test drive a clean looking BMW 1-series over the phone. I drove out with a buddy over an hour to get to Parkside. Stan gave me as much time as I needed to look over the car and let me test drive the car on the streets and I knew it was the one. I was also under pressure to secure a vehicle immediately for work purposes, so I didn't want to let this one slip. I put a deposit down that day and the rest is history. Stan walked me through the car's service history. Vehicle was accident-free, service was done by reputable shops. MOT was just done before the car was put on the lot (Stan explained to me what the MOT was and how it works). There was an outstanding recall from BMW on a few of their vehicles for a minor battery terminal disconnection issue. Stan scheduled to have the vehicle taken in and the recall carried out before I he could hand over the keys to me (at no cost to me). He explained to me and paid my vehicle tax for me (we don't have this in the USA) when I went to pick up the vehicle and I drove the car home that day. Stan even picked me up from the Bradford Interchange. It's been a week with the car in my possession since then and its been smooth sailing so far. I absolutely love the vehicle. Had to replace driver-side rear reverse light, but extremely minor (3 pound, 10 minute swap). Oh, and I forgot to mention that the vehicle came with a 12-month warranty from AU Warranty to put your mind at ease for the super-paranoid people like myself. So, like I said, Parkside Motors and Stan made the used car-buying process a walk in the park for a young, paranoid person like myself who just moved to a new country. This is a testament to Stan and his business' honesty and integrity. I would recommend anyone to go to Parkside Motor Group to find a quality vehicle for a fantastic price. Thanks again Stan!
