Bought a seemingly functional car from them, they had to get the car repaired before even delivering it. Problems within a week. Being a young girl I didn't want the hassle of a faulty car, tried to get refund and they've made it anything but simple. Again, after numerous contact with them, fire then to be aggressive and trying to be intimidating, had to get trading standards involved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pretty sure they just pick and choose who is manager for the day to resolve issues.. Young naive girl over here who obviously thought wrong that buying a car would be simple and hassle free..

Purchased a car from Parkside Motor Group in Bradford in July, advertised with cruise control at point of sale. Cruise control didn't work, and also the bonnet wouldn't open. Told them the first day I had it home, they said if I took it back they would fix the bonnet but not the cruise control as not under warranty. However when I said it was included under the sale of goods act they still refused. They fixed the bonnet but with an old part that meant I had a warning light on the dashboard that would result in a failed MOT when the time came. They told me that I could either have it like that or not be able to open the bonnet at all, basically telling me 'tough'. Also I was with them for 3-4 hours waiting. At one point I was there for 1.5 hours waiting whilst they were just doing nothing, having a smoke and chatting. I've had to pay several hundred to have the car fixed myself, and now in the process of going through small claims court to get the money back from Parkside Motor Group. Worst service imaginable.
