Honestly, one of the best experiences I have had whilst purchasing a vw polo 2012. Was greeted with a warm welcome from the Parkside Motors what a Lovely Showroom they have and perfect customer service. We were assigned Adam who helped and guided us about the vehicle warranty, car features and assisted us with the test drive. Gave us time to look over the vehicle, wasn't pushy and intimidating at all. Genuinely a lovely chap. Adam had the car polished and fully valeted prior to our handover, car looked better then it came from factory! was very patient with us regarding the payment process, offered us drinks and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I have to say attention to detail was just absolutely spot on Parkside motors Bradford !

Brilliant service from start to finish The car I went to view was exactly as advertised. Very welcoming, down to earth friendly people (absolutely no pushy salesman vibe here ) stan & adam both lovely to speak to .. Easy to contact and fast response to emails and calls . I was given keys and they were happy for us to look around at our leisure . No hard sell here . I went back to my car to discuss further. Then went back in to leave a deposit Very thourgh when going through options and paperwork . Easy to make payment with bank transfer on wednesday and picked car up on Saturday morning .. courtesy call on Sunday to check all was going well . Adam was very informative and helpful, very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. UPDATE: after sales service from Parkside motors was great. We had a part missing and they arranged prompt delivery to our home address with regular updates from the after sales team. No need for me to chase. Thanks to Adam for his great communication. After having the car for 6 months things started going wrong. The car was £4995 and had to spend £1000 on various bits plus the garage had not even put the correct battery on the car. Fast forward 3 months the car is not fit for purpose and going to cost £4,500 just to fix the problems from the vehicle health check that’s without finding out what’s happened to the fuel pump. The garage ignore correspondence and on the one occasion I spoke to somebody he was very rude. I’ve now had to involve the relevant authorities to get this nightmare dealt with.

We had to travel from Birmingham and Stan met us at the station in the car we intended to purchase. This enabled us to see and hear it on the road. When we were back at the garage he went over the whole of the car with us thoroughly including how the various optional extras worked. He also pointed out a couple of possible faults e.g. the state/age of the battery was unknown. We could not fault his professionalism and would have no problem in recommending stan when buying a car. Also as we are elderly and do not use motorways very often he said to phone him and let him know we had arrived home safely.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Fantastic family run business, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with huge smiles and the warmest welcome. Really down to earth, truly some of the nicest, kindest people I’ve ever met. After having some unpleasant experiences with other dealerships I was so glad I found Parkside motors . Adam bent over backwards to get me the best possible finance deal, and I am extremely grateful! I could not be happier with my car, I purchased a Bmw 1 series from them and it is a perfect, absolutely stunning car, runs beautifully and was sparklingly clean inside and out. I never usually leave reviews (I’m terrible I know), but I couldn’t not leave one for Parkside Motors . I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. Superb service, excellent support, fantastic people, beautiful cars. The dealership itself is stunning inside and out, absolutely immaculate.I would 100% purchase from them again, honestly don’t think I’ll buy another car from anywhere else now. 10/10 they’ve gained a customer
