DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. You don't get what they promise, they don't answer your calls. They lie and they cheat. Car dealers should require a licence, these wouldn't even make it through the first exam!!!. If you want to fobbed off use them. Bolton Motor Store and these are the same people!!! Adam, Moses alll the same names, they are not even using their proper names!!!

I picked up my new car on Saturday and I am absolutely delighted not only with the car, but also with the team and owner at Parkside, friendly, honest, knowledgable and straight speaking. Will definitely use again, what you see is what you get, a used car at a good price!

I purchased a Bentley Continental GT from this garage and also paid £200 to have it delivered. They missed 2 delivery dates where I stayed at home and missed out on over £700 of overtime pay as they never messaged me saying they would not turn up. A woman called called Natasha stopped replying to Emails and when I phoned them I was told I would be called back in 10 mins - this never happened. The car arrived and has the Engine Management Light on and was leaking oil so will be getting this checked this week. As a previous Trading Standards Officer I will be pursuing this claim further and I will do my best to ensure this garage gets shut down.

don't waste your time. your chance of getting anything resolved with them is approximately : 0.0% I am NOT a disgruntled previous used-car owner - I am a disgruntled human being that had the misfortune of dealing with the bottom feeding kind of people. Moses, Adam, Leon, Natasha, Amy - all of them are just a bunch of liars - they pretend everything. (they are also good at posting fake "5.0 star" reviews - don't think my experience is an unusual one and certainly more of an exception than a rule. Had I known those were fake reviews on Google - I would never have purchased the car from them) ps: it is even difficult to give them "1 star" because they don't even deserve that much.

Natasha was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with me as I looked at different cars and helped me find the perfect one. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars as they are not even worth one star. These “people “ were absolutely lovely til they had my money then it all changed . Day 2 problems with the engine which kept my car after owning it two days, they kept it 9 days and this is the story over the next 3 month with the car spending more time in at Parkside then at my home. Fast forward to now and the last time I dropped it off with then when I was the engine was f*****and it’d cost me nearly £800 to get it back. These cowboys are contributors to the deterioration of not just my physical but my mental health . These scammers should be shut down .

I have bought Nissan Qashqai from this dealership, from when I drove it away from them, it had problems. 1. Lower arm needed replacing (steering) 2.wobble on the steering at 55mph 3. Handbrake did not work on hills. They have repaired the problems, but I have had no report to say what they have done. And the two courtesy cars, were abysmal. I had to chase them for information, the customer service is poor.
