Recently purchased a car from here and it was so quick and easy, I’m in love with my new car and they were more than helpful! Any questions I had they were able to give me a response! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a car or know of someone that is looking!

AVOID!! Brought a car from here and 3 days later the engine light comes on , as it being a ecoboost which have a lot of problems with the engine, I am now worried , called them and they said they will do diagnostics but have to be there within 20 minutes as the person to do it apparently won’t be there anymore , so I asked if I can return the car for a refund as it’s only been 3 days !! And under the consumer rights act , you are legally aloud 30 days to return the car for a full refund , but he was just laughing on the phone saying “ that’s not a thing “ and saying “well you can’t return the car “.and are now ignoring my emails . so will now be going legally to get my money back.

I was looking for a awd automatic car but was incapacitated with a broken ankle, Paul at Parkway made a difficult purchase easy, he helped me sell my car and sorted out all the paperwork over the phone and by email. I had a couple of minor problems but they were dealt with very quickly. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Would definately recommend Parkway to anyone.
Highly recommend Parkway Cars Paul was so helpful from start to finish the whole process was easy to deal with very happy with our new car and will be returning when the time comes to upgrade!
