Bought a car from Parkway Car Sales under pressure. These guys are sharks... Paul is always on holiday so if you get to speak with him you are lucky. I spent £4,800 on a car with numerous faults which I didn't know at the time. They are not interested in customer service or talking to you once you drive away!! Don't buy from them, go else where and do your homework.

Dear Paul. This is to say a very big thank you not only to yourself but to all the staff at Parkway Car Sales. In this day and age it is refreshing to find a very professional company that puts the customer first and in my opinion Parkway Car Sales Ltd is at the top of that tree. We had a difficult situation with my father-in-law needing to give up driving and then trying to find a smaller and much more suitable car for my mother-in-law. She, at 86 years old, had never bought or been involved in the purchase of a car before. We would normally have returned to the UK to assist them in purchasing a car but unfortunately very serious health issues stopped us from travelling back. Trying to deal remotely from France on the phone was to say, at the least, challenging. Having spent several weeks trying to get them to go and look at cars we finally thought that we had found a car locally for them. We were led to believe that they had first refusal on the sale of that car subject to a satisfactory test-drive. That garage then sold the car from under their feet so I was left with a very disappointed mother-in-law and the issue of trying to find a similar car. Your company at that time was unknown to me but you had, however, a very similar car for sale. I spoke to your company about the situation we were in and you and your team came to our assistance. You went beyond the call of duty in helping and delivering a car to my elderly in-laws in Devizes - a reasonable distance away from you in Eastleigh. We were very impressed with the service, help and patience that you had in dealing with them. My parents-in -law are both delighted with the car and also pass on their thanks to you for your exceptional customer service and care. I would certainly recommend Parkway Car Sales to anyone. Well done Parkway ...from a very satisfied customer...you have restored my faith in the second-hand car industry.

Do not buy a car from Parkway Car Sales. Once they have your money you no longer exist in their eyes. Sold me a car with 2 dangerous tyres as well as lots of other faults and lied about free MOT. When I went back to complain Stuart Noble went berserk, swore at me non-stop with the F word and tried to run me over with a car which I reported to the police. Sadly, I will never trust another car dealer again and have learnt a lesson from that experience. I cannot fill in the stars under as I would not give them one star.
