This is my second car purchased from Andy at parkway and have to say it was a complete pleasure dealing with the team again, even though they were really busy they got the car ready for me in 3 days as my son needed my old car for his new job, so a big thank you to Andy and the team.

I purchased an Audi A5 convertible from Parkway motors in May 2024. I place a deposit over the phone and explained to Andy that i would come and see the vehicle as soon as i could. When i arrived the vehicle was perfect and exactly how the advert showed. No pushy sales, gave me the keys and said take it for a test drive. As you can imagine, i bought it and its so nice to drive. I sold my toyota gt86 to Richard through an online auction. The vehicle delivery company messed me around for two weeks and I contacted Richard who, despite being on holiday, offered assistance. He was unable to obtain a firm commitment for delivery so despatched one of his own staff to collect the car (a 500 mile round trip). He kept me informed throughout as to what was happening. Terrific customer service.

I bought my 2012 seat leon supercopa From parkway in August this year, customer service from Andrew was extremely good, car so far is running faultless. My only concern is that the paint on the wheels is flaking off. I pointed out to Andrew what looked like overspray won the inner corners of the side skirts but was told it wasn’t. On getting the car home and a closer inspection it turned out to be silver paint which came off with cutting compound. I guess my gripe is that when your paying top market price for your car you don’t expect a quality dealer to cut corners painting the wheels instead of having then refurbished and powder coated, what made it even more annoying is they couldn’t even be bothered to take off the wheels and painted them still on the car hence silver paint everywhere. It’s just lazy and thoughtless.

I purchased an Audi TT from parkway the car is stunning very clean low mileage and a one owner been looking for one for a year with the this specification Drove it back to Glasgow and everything was fine had the car for a week when a problem came up with it got it fixed the RAC warranty wouldn’t cover it as a last resort I phoned Paul who sold me the car he was sorry to hear this and put the full payment for the repair in to my account the next day cars perfect now and I’m sure I’ll buy from them again in the future
