When purchasing my Seat at first the customer service seemed alright! However, Once they thought I wasn't interested in buying the vehicle the customer service dropped massively. After purchasing the vehicle and coming across a few issues the after care was disappointing, but in the end the issues did get fixed, after a lot of hassle that is.

Really good dealership. Dean in particular was very helpful, said that if I have any issues at all to just give him a ring and they will fix it which I have done as the car has a miss fire and possibly needs a new coil pack. The car was an excellent price and In perfect condition and I would definitely recommend them.

Buying a car from Parkway Motors is a quick and easy process! They are quite helpful and friendly. The car is very good, It has had one issue but it has been sorted now. Overall I am happy and would recommend them.

I Bought a car from here in April. The salesmen were really good, Dean who worked with me was very helpful and knew what he was doing. There was a fault with the AVF and due to bank holidays it took a while for the new parts to arrive but this wasn't really the dealerships fault. Overall I cant complain they have been very good.

I bought an Astra VXR from these guys, I went to see three other VXR's at other garages that were very disappointing but when I went to parkway to view the one I bought they had pulled it off the forecourt ready for me to look round it and test drive it, Andy who dealt with us was great he told me all about the car and its history then left us to look round it and didn't hassle us, we had we managed to get an RAC warranty included in the sale after a bit of haggling but was happy with the deal. After about two months it started to have a problem with the gearbox which I know there prone for but when I rang Andy he got it booked in for me and provided me with there loan car, it was sorted in three days and I haven't had a problem since. It's a great car and I would recommend parkway to any of my family and friends.

The car had problems since day one, I've taken it back multiple times and the problem hasn't been sorted, my 3 month warranty has no gone and they are refusing to do any more work despite like I said the problem being there from the beginning.
