I was looking for a Jaguar XJL with low mileage and at a fair price. I saw the ideal vehicle advertised by Parkway Specialist cars, visited once, and bought the car on the spot. Their business mantra is to only sell high spec vehicles with lower than average mileage, and which are in extremely good condition. Sales team very knowledgeable but didn't apply any sales pressure. All vehicles presented to a very high standard that showcased each perfectly.

I was looking for a 107 Merc and came across the Parkway Specialist Cars website and paid a visit. I was stuck how they presented themselves & the cars, top marks for professionalism and someone you feel you can trust. The car was thoroughly detailed and when asking some technical points, the owner Mark brought over his knowledgeable (ex-Mercedes) technician who walked me around the car and discussed/clarified all the questions. Nothing was too much trouble and I paid a couple of visits prior to purchase. Car was bought at a sensible negotiated price and when my wife pointed out some very small bodywork marks it was agreed by Parkway to sort these out without hesitation. The company delivered the car and its nice to acknowledge the detailer & delivery driver as well - I would not hesitate to recommend them - from a 'cautious' buyer

My husband & I picked up our Mercedes a few weeks back & we are over the moon with it. My husband hasn't stopped smiling. From the 1st telephone call to go view the car till we returned a week later to pick it up we had 1st class service. Corey was amazing with his knowledge & kept us informed & nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He changed my personalised plate over too so we could drive away with it on. I recently picked up a stunning Audi TTRS from Parkway Specialist Cars. The service from start to finish with Corey was brilliant, very quick to respond and thorough to any enquiries and was very smooth and effortless. On the day of pick up, we were made to feel very welcome by both Corey and Mark and it just made for a great experience too. The showroom is lovely with a great range of car. I purchased a one owner 17,000 miles Aston Martin Vanquish reg no. WO52 BVT for £90,000 that had just been serviced by AML and had a new MOT. The car broke down on the way home so I had it relayed to an Aston specialist in Bedford who showed be why the car should not have passed the MOT. It also had accident damage repaired with DB9 parts rather than Vanquish parts. Parkway showed me photographs on the underside of the car I purchased but these photographs were in fact of a different Aston Martin. They have taken the car back and are now offering the car for sale for even more money.

Thank you so much for the customer journey and experience I was taken on when purchasing my TT. The car is amazing and was presented to an as new condition when collected. I have purchase over 30 cars and unfortunately most of them have left a bitter taste as the stereotypical view of the car salesman ran true with most of my experiences having the shine and excitement of the purchase ruined by pushy and commission focused salesman. It was s breath of fresh air to deal with you from start to finish, your calm approach, knowledge and un-pressured selling was reassuring giving me the confidence to commit to a vehicle without having to drive it.
