CFX advertised itself as a reliable trading platform, guaranteeing substantial profits and qualified advice. But their intentions were evil, and their promises were hollow. My investments vanished into thin air as I watched in shock, and all attempts to withdraw money were met with delays and excuses. The unethical and irresponsible behavior of CFX was shocking. They preyed on people's hopes for stable finances, leaving them in a depressed mood when their hard-earned money disappeared. In the midst of my gloom, I came across capitalshieldpro I complained to them, and they took the necessary steps to secure a chargeback of my money. file a case with csp_jaun(at)pm.me to get your money back from CFX. Hi Hanna and Neil, we agreed on a price for an Audi TT £5,250. £5,200 if paid in cash (assuming so you don't have to pay tax - obviously I said no) You then called me you have another person on their way to look at the car willing to pay full price. Pressuring me after agreed sales price to pay more, for all that I know could be a sales tactic. I said I can pay you today the agreed price but if you sell me a car and let another person look at it then fine, do that. You sold the car to the person that paid you full price £5,500. Good for you, that's the way to conduct business. Very honorable God bless.
neil southwell from Part Exchanges Direct in response to Sold to higher bidder after agreed price
This review does not state the true facts. The customer is clearly upset that the car was sold to another buyer (not at £5500 as stated, but in fact also at a reduced price). The reviewer was given the opportunity to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle for themselves as another buyer was to come straight away to purchase the car and they chose not to! At no point were they asked to pay more. As a business we take all payment types. This customer is aggravated and upset because they lost the vehicle to another buyer due to not leaving a deposit even though they were given a courtesy call giving them the option to!! (it was not a sales tactic) I hope this information is useful to any other potential buyer.
I bought a car from Neil last month, and am very happy with the purchase. Neil was very flexible for viewing and collection and the car was clean and had the touch-ups agreed when I collected. Would recommend Part Exchanges Direct.

Having recently bought a car from Part Exchanges Direct in the last few weeks. They went out of their way to make sure the car was in good condition and had been valeted before purchase. There was a problem with the seatbelt which was unforeseen. i called them Sarah collected the car (with a smile) on the same day the part was replaced and the car was returned within hours.A family run business with good old fashioned customer service. Sadly lacking in other dealerships. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

He sold me a used Vauxhall approximately 12 months ago with a 12 month warranty! I raised issues mainly the manual transmission with Neil before purchasing and collecting the vehicle and he informed me that the vehicle had been checked over by his mechanic and was now ready for collection. The vehicle was agreed to be collected, only to find on the journey back that the vehicle still had issues mainly a manual transmission problem which was one of the things highlighted to him before purchasing and collecting of the vehicle was agreed. I took the vehicle straight to my own mechanic only to find out that my concerns about the manual transmission were right, it was faulty. It was going to be a costly repair ranging from £800 - £1250 approximately to get the vehicle fixed! Cost of vehicle £4250 including 12 month warranty. What I quickly found out is that the warranty sold to you is fairly flimsy and doesn't carry much weight and you could be left carrying huge repair bills. Neil was not helpful or truthful throughout the process and did all he could to wriggle out of helping with the situation which he caused. It was difficult but I did get the situation resolved at a later date. The vehicle also had a few minor things which were agreed to be sorted out before purchasing the vehicle, which frankly weren't done to an acceptable standard example the rear and front bumper were to be painted properly, but on inspection the work carried out was of a poor quality. The whole experience of buying a car through Part Exchanges Direct was a painful one! I would certainly not recommend anyone to use this company.

NEIL from Part Exchanges Direct in response to Buyer Beware!
I DO REMEMBER JOSEPH. I DID SELL MR R A VAUXHALL INSIGNIA WITH A 12 MONTH WARRANTY INCLUDED UNFORTUNATELY HE DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE GEARBOX HOWEVER HES NEGLECTED TO MENTION THAT WE CARRIED OUT A FULL REPAIR AT NO COST TO JOSEPH. WE ALSO REFUNDED THE COST OF THE WARRANTY BECAUSE HE WASNT HAPPY WITH IT. I HAVE BEEN A MOTOR DEALER FOR 45 YEARS WORKING FROM THE SAME LOCATION 23 YEARS AND SOLD APPROXIMATELY 9000 VEHCLES SO I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. NEIL SOUTHWELL PARTEXCHANGESDIRECT

i got a car from here a few months ago. Overall everything is good. Just waiting for some proof that a part has been replaced but the car was clean and in good shape and a good price and the dealers were very knowledgeable.

LJ in response to generally good
I'm interested to know if you got your issue resolved?
On the 3rd I went to pick up my car from Part Exchanges Direct. When I got there, it was sat there waiting for me which was good but it hadn't been cleaned and still had lots of stuff in it left by the previous owner. I helped to salesman to remove all of the rubbish and then he gave me the key and sent me on my way with no information and said that he would set me up with the warranty company. After having the car for only and hour the engine management light came on, I took it to a garage only ti find that there's £2500 worth of repairs that need to be done to make the car road worthy. I just need to see what will be covered under warranty now. I would not recommend this dealership at all. the car obviously hadn't been checked at all.

LJ in response to Very poor
I am going through the same problems- I agreed a straight swap with my car for a car this dealer was selling. After only 5 days it developed catastrophic engine failure. The dealer says he'll fix it but I know the warranty will not cover the amount of repair needed. I have asked for my car back (under Consumer Rights Act 2015 I exercised my short term right to reject) he has point blank refused. This is likely as he has my car on Autotrader for £2k more than he said it was worth. How did you get on in the end?

We are unable to identify this customer. We have no records of a complaint in march 2017 regarding a claim of £2500. We have searched our database and with nothing under the reviewers name. If a customer brings a complaint to our attention we always do our best to help resolve any issues. There is also another company who trade under part exchanges within the essex area so could possibly be misrepresentation Please feel free to contact us with any issues Thank you
I would recommend this dealerhsip. Very good service, no complaints at all up to now. The car was clean and in good condition and it's very good value for money. The dealers were very helpful

I am very happy with my Fiat Punto from Part Exchanges Direct. the car was received nicely cleaned and in very good condition. I have only had minor issues with the car and the dealers have offered to take a look at it but have said that I will need to take the car back to them and leave it there for a couple of days which is impossible for me but for the price of the car and the low mileage I am still very happy with it and not mind paying a bit more to get the issues resolved. I would recommend this dealership.

I bought an Audi A1 from Part Exchanges Direct in May. The service was really good. the car needed new tyres and the brakes sorting but the dealers paid out for that. The car was very good value for money and I am really happy with it.
