Purchased a van recently all seemed well to start with after purchase until noises and knocking sounds came to surface wks later . Had to replace bearing by my mechanic but still had other issues so contacted garage to raise the issue which was thrown back at me saying my mecanic has damaged it so he must repair it so didnt want anthing to do with the van. I then had my mechanic looked over thoroughly and found had been in small accident and parts hadn't been put back properly I.e engine mount lose a fuel injector pipe was resting over exhaust manifold due to not being put back into holding points as well as a couple other parts.

Took this garage to court via Trading Standards and won. Search Gordon Angelo for the news article. Absolute cowboys. Made his own stamps. Could have killed me with the car I bought. Really aggressive and rude staff. The younger one, Paul I think, threatened me. Avoid at all costs

Rang up today to ask about a car on the website, very rude attitude from the owner. Said that 11 people had enquired and there was 4 people booked to test drive that day and more on the weekend. When asked about a new MOT the reply was bluntly “well if it needs one” but the tone of voice wasn’t friendly. When asked about the cam belt he said it’s done when the car is 10 years old. The car is a 2012 car and in 6 months it’s 10 years old. So it’s all but there already. It’s safe to say we won’t be travelling to look and will look to spend our money elsewhere and after reading the other reviews since, I am happy we’ve made the right decision. The guy needs to take a lesson in customer service.

Went to this garage to buy a first car, everyone was very friendly and efficient. The car was all up to date and was very clean. Very happy with my purchase and had nothing go wrong since buying it. Definitely recommend.

Drove and hour an half to see a car that was 5k more miles than advertised, had damage that i wasn't told about, a whole 22 days left on its MOT, a missing rear wiper, they couldn't tell me when the last service was done or Cam-belt done. Wasted Trip and the salesman seemed grumpy and shifty. BEWARE OF PART X MOTORS!

Purchased a van from Part X Motors Gossport, the van is in great condition but when I went to sell it I found out it was a Cat D write-off by the previous owner.
