Registered interest on a car and he was really helpful on the phone and said he would ring me a few days later to organise a test drive etc, said he would take car off other websites as I was 99% sure I wanted to buy it, then never heard from him… tried to ring and text and got nothing back- would have been nice to just answer and say the cars been sold
I bought a BMW 1 series from Paul Noyce Cars in February; Very professional & friendly, with the cars having a 3 month warranty & I was happy to shake hands. The following 8 months have been a nightmare. The car had inadequate brakes and an oil leak from the start. Despite raising this immediately, it took 3 months of being strung along with excuses and having my calls avoided for the car to even be collected. The courtesy car eventually provided also turned out to be un-taxed and was subsequently clamped, causing my partner to miss a day of work. The car was collected 4 months ago and incredibly I still haven’t had it returned. Yet more excuses, repeated assurances that repairs are almost complete has now ended with radio silence. I've had enough and am pursuing legal action to get my money back. If you want to pay upfront for 8 months of stress then do business here, if not there are plenty of other dealers out there who will actually deliver the goods charged for.
Bought a 7 seater car great sales man , says all the right things . Car had 12 months warranty few months after purchase starter motor failed . Reported to dealer (il call you back he says) months on after emails , answer phone msg , text msg we hear nothing . Seems he disappeared . He says he has a garage to fix when you purchase, I know doubt this he operates from home. Be careful wish we had researched more .
Stay well away. I bought Peugeot 207 in the beginning of June, test drove it and it was a dream!! Paid a deposit and collected it a few days later, worst mistake ever! I strongly believe it's been tampered with as there are faults with the battery/electrics, never received spare key (was given a copy not an original) and the mirror adjusting panel changes positions of door mirrors whilst driving. Would love to hear back.

Paul Noyce from Paul Noyce Cars in response to Useless
These are disappointing comments. The car was sold as a part exchange to clear at half recommended selling price over 3 months ago and, at the customers request, is booked into our workshop later this month for a checkover.
I bought a car from Paul Noyce in August. I have had a couple of small issues but nothing that hasn't been taken care of quickly and easily. The only thing that took a while was getting the warranty sorted. The car is really good value for money and I would happily recommend this dealership

I bought a Vauxhall Zafira back in may. The car was in really good condition and I have had no issues up to now, I would definitely recommend the dealer they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Just bought a Citreon Xsara Picasso from Paul Noyce for my daughter. I had no prior knowledge of this dealer and had simply responded to an Ebay advertisement. We viewed the car, were very impressed and decided to buy. We left a deposit and agreed to pick the car up once a couple of agreed jobs/actions had been completed by Paul. Once we got home, I checked a few reviews for him and noticed a couple of negative posts. Whilst I was a little concerned by these, I decided not to be judgmental and to form my own opinion. Having now got the car, I can only 'speak as I find' and I found Paul to be very genuine and he fulfilled all commitments to me i.e. replacement 2nd key, tracking check/adjust, swap wheels front to back and a couple of other actions. We had over 100 miles to drive the car home and have now had it for nearly a week. Really pleased with it and would recommend Paul without hesitation.

I bought a 2011 Volvo XC70 from Paul in March 2015 and found him to be very friendly and customer focused. The car was immaculate inside and out and extremely competitively priced. He also gave me a very good price for my car. The front brake pads and discs of the Volvo needed replacing after about 3 months and he said that he would do this for me free of charge. He did this today without any quibbles.. I was nicely surprised by his honesty and the fact that he kept his word despite the fact that the engine of the car he bought from me unexpectedly needed replacing ! If you need a good second hand car from a dealer you can trust, I thoroughly recommend Paul.
My husband and I have very little knowledge about cars and have been duped in the past by car dealers so when we needed a car in 2013 in our budget we turned to Paul Noyce Cars as I knew his daughter very well and the type of family she came from was trustworthy, something you cannot always expect in the car dealership industry. The Renault Scenic we got originally was great value for money and lasted us for two years, so when we knew the car may not get through the MOT, we came back to Paul Noyce Cars to get another one. We found a lovely Hyundai Tucson 06 plate that again fitted our budget and managed to get the car with finance sorted and delivered to us in Hull within a week. I would recommend Paul Noyce Cars to all my family and friends even though we live nowhere near Slough for their range of cars to suit all budgets, knowledge of cars, reliability, trustworthiness and genuinely treating customers like they are the number one priority. Amazing service again Paul Noyce & staff.
Bought a seat ibiza FR for what I thought was a good price as it had very low mileage for its age and looked in very good condition. That was until I got it to a garage for its MOT where I was told they had to abandone the MOT as the car was too unsafe as the driveshaft wasn't bolted to the gear box properly and there was many other things wrong I was told that I have bought a death trap that at any minute the driveshaft could have gave way. When I rung Paul to tell him about this he said I was lying that I've done this all myself just so I didn't have to pay for the car which is a lie as I would not put the life of my 7 year old brother and my family who I have to drive about just because I didn't want to pay for a car. Paul finally agreed after a discussion with my father that he would come and collect the car and get it fixed himself I have tried to get in contact to find out when he will be collecting it and I haven't heard a thing this is by far the worst person to buy a car from me knows nothing about cars and doesn't know how to answer a phone I will not be dealing with him again and I will be reporting him to vosa for letting such a dangerous and unreliable car on the road and to be sold.
paul noyce from Paul Noyce Cars in response to lucian
Sadly a bit of scare mongering from the MOT station. Yes there was an issue but we drove the car back, effected a minor repair then returned it to the customer. sadly,(again) the review was left before discussions had taken place.
