Over the years I and my family and friends have brought a number of cars from Paul. The fact they we have all returned speaks for itself. Paul has a thorough knowledge of the trade and individual vehicles and I have always appreciated his advise and guidance. I have just brought a Nissan Qashqai through Paul. He was very upfront with me about the vehicle and before I had even viewed the car told me that there was marks which he wanted repaired before he would be happy to let me take the vehicle. Paul and his team ensured these were rectified quickly and to a high standard. I know that should i experience any problems with the car over the coming months and years Paul will be there to help and advise - that's why I and many others continue to buy via Paul

Travelled from London to Slough to test drive what I hoped would be the ideal car for me. Volvo V50 ticked all the boxes low mileage FSH etc etc. Even though a few items were wrongly advertised and weren’t included in the car (sat nav, usb etc) after the test drive I left a deposit on the premise that Paul would have an issue I noticed with the steering pulling to the left resolved. We agreed he would call me back the following day (Friday) and update me when the car was repaired to let me know what the issue was, and I would travel back on Monday to collect the car. No call on Friday. I text asking on Saturday and still no word. I called later on Saturday and he said he hadn’t managed to get a report from the mechanic he had used and would call me later when he had. No word again. I text on Sunday and asked if he could update me, and again no response. I called him and he got very annoyed saying the car was repaired and he has “37 years’ experience and doesn’t need to justify himself”. I merely wanted to know what the issue was. Although pretty disappointed with the service at that point I agreed to go up on Monday anyway because I did want the car. He then called me at around 4pm Monday afternoon to advise me that he would not be back in time. I had to change plans to go up on Tuesday and meet him. I test drove the car again and sure enough it pulled to the left just as badly if not worse than before, which led me to believe nothing had been done to the car whatsoever. He took me to his mechanics where they began to change the tyres around. I noticed a struggle with the front wheel, and when I asked Paul if there was an issue removing the wheel he said ‘no, no, not at all’. I then asked the mechanic and he confirmed that the wheel locking nut was apparently broken. At this point, whilst on yet another test drive where the steering was still pulling I decided I couldn’t take any more lies and had no faith at all in buying a car from this man. He persisted to tell me that all cars are designed pull to the left and that it was my issue (even though you had to fight this pull). Maybe I was unlucky, I must have been since as he repeatedly reminded me he has ’37 years’ experience’ and to be honest if he treated everybody the way he treated me then I believe he would have been out of business a long time ago. He said I was the first customer in 37 years to walk away from a deal with him, I don't believe him.
