Having recently purchased a car from this dealership and having to return it a few days after to have it re valeted due to it still being dirty after a valet before applying interior and exterior treatment. Also having to have phone charger sorted as not working on picking car up. Not a great standard from a main dealer. No real customer service.

I arranged to view a car that was advertised on the website.On arrival I was told that the car wasn't there and they had tried to phone me.It turned out they had the wrong phone number.I was told that the car was owned by the companies son ?They gave me a test driver in a similar vehicle .I was the asked if I wanted to buy the car and put a reserve down without seeing it!!I queried the mileage of the car and was told it was less than advertised.I then encountered some hard sell.In the end I walked away as how can you commit to a second hand car unseen???
