16/9/17- I viewed a Juke (BK62TZD). Paul assured me that the car was HPI clear and I stupidly paid a £100 deposit in cash against my own better judgement! When I got home I paid for my own HPI to find the car had mileage discrepancies. I contacted Paul, he left it until the following day to reply, He played dumb, asking what the HPI said! He either did not do his own HPI/was fobbing me off. He said he would do his own investigation on Monday and give me my £100 back if need be. On Monday I contacted HPI and was told there was something not right that needed investigating. Paul then rang me on Monday-shouting that I had 'opened a can of worms' and 'put us all right in it' - he said 'wished to god I hadn't of done' that and I should have just asked him for a copy of his HPI instead of causing all this stress!!! - You couldn't make it up! I was in the wrong for doing my own HPI as I should have just taken his word for it! I remained calm and politely asked for my money back, to which he said 'well that's not going to happen'. He later removed the add from Autotrader - but not before I took photos of it. I have photos proving the car was not HPI clear and that money was taken under false pretences! This is a rat who likes to shout over you and talk fast so you don't get a word in. Go with your instincts and shop elsewhere.

Be aware of Paul Sharrock Car Sales!!!! Bought a car which was clocked!!! Bought for £5000 now would be lucky if I got £2000 and it's only been 3 month the car feels like it falling apart. Pls do all relevant checks before buying from any sellers. And stay away from Paul shorrock garage!!!

Bought a Peugeot estate with a three month warranty on it after two months engine management light came on to be told that particle filter is not under warranty, how come? I wonder if I knew that it only costs £80 to take him through small claims court I would have save your money and go elsewhere you have been warned.

I paid full screen price for a Ford Fiesta in summer 2015. After a few days I noticed the clutch was slipping. When I contacted Paul Shorrock personally and told him of the problem. He was immediately rude and foul mouthed. Basically he said it was my own problem. The car he sold me wasn't fit for purpose. I had to pay my own mechanic £600 to put the problem right. This man just wants your money and doesn't give two hoots about after sales service. Do not buy from Paul Shorrock Car Sales.
