Being a delivery driver, I was looking for a car with good mpg. I popped down to Pavillion car sales to look at a Honda Jazz initially, but the KA caught my eye and I decided it was a better fit. I've noted a couple of issues with the car since, such as the tyre pressure monitors and potential inconsistencies with the fuel gauge, but I reported this in an aftersales call and will pick up with Zak directly. Overall I'm fairly happy with the service provided and would definitely return in future.

So far so good with the Toyota Yaris I bought from Pavillion Car Sales last month. I've driven about 100 miles in it, and have no complaints. I owned a Yaris previously but my insurance premium sky rocketed, so I've opted for one with a smaller engine. I'd like to give all the staff at Pavilion a pat on the back, as the customer service provided was better than most experiences I've had in the past when buying a used car.

So far I’ve been really pleased with my Hyundai i30. I came across Pavilion Car Sales while searching for this specific make and model on Auto Trader. Since you can never be too careful these days, I made sure to check the dealerships reviews before deciding whether to enquire. Pavilions reviews were positive, so I decided to pop down and was greeted by Zak. He showed me the car, arranged a test drive, and stood out for not being pushy at all. Zak gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision without any pressure. He was easy to talk to and even offered me a small extra discount, which I really appreciated! My only minor suggestion would be for the valeting team to ensure they check thoroughly beneath the seats! Overall though, my experience was very positive, and I’ve awarded 4.5 stars. I don’t think I’d ever give full marks unless the car was free!

I was looking online for a while before I spotted the Ford B Max at Pavilion Car Sales. The car definitely drew me in initially, but the service at the dealership was really, really good. I had a small problem with one of the doors afterwards but Zak and the team sorted it for me straight away, so I'm leaving this review as my way of saying thanks from a happy customer 🙂

Buying a new car is never easy and after looking at so many options, they all started to blend together. That was until we came across Zak at Pavilion Car Sales. My Ford Fiesta hasn’t been driven much yet, but I’m very pleased with it so far. The service from the dealership was great, with the only minor inconvenience being that I received a PDF version of the manual instead of a paper one. Zak assured me he’d help provide a physical copy if needed. He’s a lovely chap so I’m confident he’ll be able to assist.

Unfortunately my Hyundai i30 was written off, so I was desperate to find the exact same car. I came across Pavilion Car Sales online and saw they had exactly what I was looking for.
