First of all we found the salesman - Scott - genuine and professional and he offered us a very good service. However, the vehicle had not been properly detailed prior to collection so defects were very quickly apparent. The major one has been addressed under the Warranty but as the maximum limit on this is a mere £250 we are left out of pocket. The after sales service is appalling as 'Dan' (who seems to be one of the owners) is almost impossible to contact and his administration (for want of a better word) is hapless to say the least. He's offered half of our out-of-pocket expenses, which is indicative of his lack of interest, professionalism and service. In short, the excellent sales team have no back up so we cannot recommend this company.
