I would firstly like to say after 12 months of owning a car off PD Nagington, we have not had any issues with our low mileage BMW. The salesman at the time was very helpful. Sometimes it can be pot luck with cars. We love our car....great buy!!!!

What a great service received from both the reception staff and the technicians.

Their only salesman is as welcoming as a bowl of cold rice pudding. He was totally disinterested, He couldn't be bothered to get up from behind his desk and show me a car. When I mention a part exchange he was totally sneery and gave me a rock bottom figure without looking at my car. Their cars are also over priced, with most having high mileages. Give PD Naigington people a swerve.

PD Nagington are the most disgusting company I've ever dealt with. Breaking down several times in middle of motorway.. car made it home once. Was straight back in for repair and then over a period of 8 weeks it never made it home. After 5 months I fought for all my money back. A pile of rubbish and most problems they put down to there own negligence. Should be ashamed of themselves!! Be warned!!

Disgusting service - I would not recommend these dealers if they were the last in existence. Car Faulty, returned 3 times and still wasn't repaired properly. Total incompetence. Had to fight them all the way and still no apology. SAVE YOUR MONEY, go elsewhere or get a bike.
