I must say I had quite a good experience, they were all very helpful. I had time to look around the car. I purchased that Land Rover in the end, the next day they helped me to tax the car, lockbook etc. All in all I am quite happy

from the 1st phone call i made to enquire about my car i was dealt with professionally and politely. everything i asked was answered to my satisfaction. I was very cautious with all the pay upfront click n collect system, but decided to take the chance having been put at ease by staff. I am now coming to the end of my 7 day test drive and have to say that i could not be happier with my purchase. I will be keeping my new car :) want to thank the stuff who answered all of my questions about the car, and for finalizing the deal and I really don't want this to sound rude but the lady who handed the car over to me at collections.
