So far a good experience - a quick response and very easy to deal with - helpful and open and honest from first contact. Car description was accurate and no quibbles from Pegasus when I mentioned the timing belt was due . Gave a fair price on my car too . No pressure selling and seem open and honest. Cars all look to be good examples - clean and tidy BEFORE being prepped for sale so they don`t buy rubbish. In process of buying the car so will see what after service is like but hopefully the reviews speak for themselves.

I bought this car. Salesman dealt with my purchase and provided a first class service keeping me advised right through to handing me my keys. I would definitely recommend Pegasus for a good quality car at a competitive price

PEGASUS MOTORS ENFIELD TOLD US TO GET A DIAGNOSTICS REPORT LOCALLY THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR AS THE CAR ON THE SECOND DAY OF OWNERSHIP WENT INTO LIMP MODE AND HAD ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHTS ON THE DASHBOARD, NO PAYMENT HAS COME FOR THE REPORT, ALSO SOLD THE CAR WITH 2 OWNERS AND I FOUND OUT LATER IT HAD 3 MAKING ME THE 4TH, VERY DECEITFUL, CAR HAS NUMEROUS FAULTS INCLUDING A DANGEROUS TYRE AND WHEEL THAT THE SIDE WALL HAD BEEN SUPERGLUED TOGETHER. ESTIMATED REPAIR COST ON THE CAR IS SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PEGASUS DENY RESPONSIBILITY AND IGNORED OUR PHONE CALLS I CANNOT USE A £35200 CAR FOR SAFTY REASONS PLEASE STEER WELL CLEAR OF PEGASUS MOTORS ENFIELD I HAVE GOT LEGAL REPRESENTATION INVOLVED I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

Long review but worth the read!!! I was looking for a nice little first car for my daughters birthday. Pegasus Motors Ltd had a nice, low milage Fiat 500 which looked and sounded good. I called them and was told the car had been valeted, serviced and had a brand new MOT so made an appointment to travel from Northampton down to Enfield to take a look. I arrived at my appointment time and the car was parked on the forecourt. I noticed straight away that it had NOT been valeted. I spoke to the sales guy that was there and we took the car out for a test drive. I was told this time that the car had not been valeted but had 100% been serviced. We test drove the car and all seemed good. It had a brand new MOT certificate and an invoice from Pegasus Motors showing it had been serviced that week. All seemed ok so I left a deposit and went back down again 3-4 days later to collect. This was not a cheap little run around, the price was well up on market value. When we returned the manager Max dealt with us. We went through everything including the extended warranty, paid the balance and I drove the car home. Once back to my area I took the car straight to my local RAC approved garage who have looked after my motors for 20 years for a vehicle health check. The following day I received a call from them telling me the following: The car definitely had not been serviced that week and there was barely any oil in it. They then asked who done the MOT and I told them a garage local to Pegusus Motors. Long story shorter they sent me an image and told me that there is no way this car should be on the road let alone passed an MOT as the OS front suspension arm rear bush had completely deboned from the arm. A very serious and dangerous issue yet Pegusus Motors let me take the car and drive it 80 miles home up the motorway. What winds me up more is they knew I was buying this as a first car for my daughter. So I rang Max and told him the craic. No apology whatsoever but instead told me I could drive the car back and their mechanic would put it right and service it. Joker! I told him that my garage would charge X amount to put it right and that Pegasus needed to pay the bill. He then insisted on buying the parts from his own supplier and getting them shipped up to my garage to do the work. One week later the work was done and Max was due to pay me the money. I then got all the BS stories in the world to delay paying me. Finally 3 weeks after I bought the car he refunded me the repair cost by PayPal (and I had to pay the PayPal charges. So based on my experience with Pegasus Motors Ltd I would recommend people avoid them like a dose of the clap

Firstly, I would like to mention that the salesman who was dealing with you from the beginning, was on trial and he did a mistake about a service as on that time we had 2 white Fiat 500. When you came to collect the vehicle, I was back from my annual leave and I did handle a vehicle to you, as you have mention. Secondly, after your phone calls and my checks, I did accept that it was our mistake and parts has been ordered with a next day delivery to your garage address as we agreed with you. Once work has been completed, it also has been paid by us to you within 3 working days after your PayPal request. I have just purchased a vehicle from this company, absolutely dreadful. Have started a review on Trustpilot to ensure they get the publicity they deserve.
I agreed upon a sale price before arrival over the phone. I bought the car on 28/05/21 with ‘full service history’ as advertised on the autotrader advert. Travelled 4 hours to get to Pegasus motors. Signed all the paper work and was told I need to hold on for 30 minutes whilst the air con is regassed. 4 hours later they come in and tell me apparently they aren’t capable of doing it and that they need to take the car to a different local garage who are more capable to re-gas the air con. It’s the simplest of jobs that they couldn’t manage so I wouldn’t expect the services and repairs they do are any better. After getting the car home, I had a ring round the garages that supposedly had the service history on the vehicle. The first garage had no recollection of the car whatsoever. The second garage knew the old owner personally and could vouch that he’d ‘looked after’ the car whilst in his ownership. The car was sold in early 2017. The service was due in late 2017 so obviously they had not done the service as the car had been sold on. So from 2015-2021 there is no service history on the vehicle. ‘Full service history’ apparently. But that’s not where the saga ends. I felt at ease with the information I was receiving as there was a huge sign in the reception saying they are part of the good garage scheme. I contacted the good garage scheme to complain only for them to tell me Pegasus motors haven’t been apart of the good garage scheme ‘for many years.’ So first misled on the service history, then misled by the sign claiming they are part of the good garage scheme. I had called the garage to ask for a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015 using the 30 day short term right to reject legislation. They said they needed it in writing via email that I am rejecting the vehicle. I sent this email in and have had extremely slow response from them since. I have now had to get legal advice. I would of given a more favourable review had they been amicable and responded to my legal request to reject the vehicle straight away however they have done nothing but bat my emails to the side which is not good enough. So one day further on after numerous phone calls to them they finally replied and accepted fault and asked me to return the vehicle if I still want to. But only to a charge of £50 per day and £100 for another owner on the logbook totalling £500. Consumer rights act 2015 clearly states I have the right to reject a vehicle if it’s is not a described within 30 days for a FULL refund no matter their terms and conditions. If I had changed my mind about the vehicle then charges are warranted. But since I’m rejecting due to the goods not being as described which was their own fault, I’m entitled to a full refund. After I rejected this they’ve started trying to barter. Said they’d rang the director and they’d be happy to charge me £400 not £500. Which again I rejected as I’m due a full refund. Then what about a full tank of diesel? I rejected. Then ‘well if we find the service history you can’t reject it.’ That doesn’t fill me with much confidence. After the lack of competence and the deceit from start to finish, when they say ‘I’m sure we can find it,’ what I believe they actually mean is ‘I’m sure we can make it up.’ I wouldn’t trust this garage to borrow 50p off me anymore. Plus finding the service history is pointless, my letter of rejection was in 4 days ago, what happens in the future thereafter is nothing to do with me. The car has already been rejected for not being sold as described.

Sales manager was very straight forward and honest . He tried his best to help me in every possible way. Changed all four tyres on request. Not at all pushy like other sales team. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
