Poor customer service from Pegasus Motors!!! Antony is so bad he do not care about you at all, his customer skills are so poor he is the worst person i know. He also is a director of company so funny. Also I wanted to buy car 40k almost cash not finance, so i was a good buyer. Really bad company do not go. Also their cars are from auction in bad conditions and he lied to me that they do not buy from auction.

I was pleased with Pegasus Motors and would recommend them because from initial contact on a Friday evening, I had constant email contact from the sales team all weekend, leading to me collecting the car the following Tuesday. The team worked effortlessly to ensure my collection and part exchange was smooth and allowed me to complete this all in one day. A thoroughly professional service.

Went to view a BMW 645CI seen on Auto trader met the manager a day after who went through the car in detail, next day I went back to do a deal, there I met his assistant both guys were a pleasure to do business with so professional with excellent customer service skills. This dealership is fantastic. I purchased a lovely black Mersedes Benz 3 weeks ago at an amazing price, with a 3 month warranty, and the service whilst there, given by Max and his team, was above and beyond. I also did part x and they were extremely fair with me on that. Ladies I went to this garage on my own and purchased my lovely car on trust with these guys. Nothing was too much trouble and I know for a fact I can go back there any time for anything and that the after service will be there for me. Pegasus Motors came to me with a high recommendation which has proven to be extremely accurate and valuable advice. You get the impression of a main dealer experience of without the excessive prices that normally accompany that encounter. The vehicle I purchased was an excellent example of its type whilst being very good value for money. The aftersales service is outstanding which in my experience, is often a huge disappointment in the used car market. I would certainly purchase from this used car dealer again.
