I saw my Ford Puma advertised on Autotrader, and the description was spot on. While I was there, I did have a test drive, and I test drove both the manual and automatic. Both were fantastic drives, but I opted to take the manual home with me. The lad I dealt with on the shop floor really knew his stuff, and he let me make my choice instead of badgering me and forcing me into a decision that I might have regretted.

I had an issue with the seat belt on my Ford Eco but the team was sympathetic and offered to get this sorted out for me right away. The issue has since been repaired, it hasn't been an issue since and the repair was to a high standard. They were honest about the vehicle I bought, which left me with no surprises, and that's why I will go back for my next car. See you in a couple of years.

Staff, are you very straight-forward. There is no beating around the bush; you get what you pay for and they are very honest about the condition of the cars they stock. This isn't the first car I have bought from them, and I'll be buying another from them again in the future.
